    Video suggestions:
Setting up the rear uppercut (counter) Zab Judah style
Setting up the Chopping Right Hand- Joe Louis / Detroit / Kronk Gym style
Rhythm / Head Feints as a bait - Counterpunching Juan Manuel Marquez / Ricardo Lopez style
Drawing taller fighters into punching range
Eddie Futch classic catch and counter tactics
Setting up the Lead Right Hand and consecutive defensive movement- Bernard Hopkins style
Explanation: Fighting out of a crouch - Marciano / Jake Lamotta...

I love how you never forget about us southpaws coach, and about the fight, even tho Mike won (I`m happy as I was rooting for him), you still did an awesome work with Roy, it`s just you know, getting hit by Mike Tyson even tho it is in an exhibition match, must be like getting hit with bricks. Anyways respect for the two legends, and thanks for these gems you always share with us coach, AND AGAIN, THANKS FOR NOT FORGETTING ABOUT SOUTHPAWS.

One of my fav combos. Push hook also works well for kickboxing, allowing you substitute the right hand with the low, mid or high right kick. Great catching you TV with the other legends coach as others have said below 🙏🏼

it was really cool watching you coach jones. i thought mike won the first watch thru but watching it again i think Roy couldve won it.
I thought Roy was landing pitty pat shots at first but i watched it a second time with headphones on and i could hear how loud he was yelling, he was landing insane power on mike. super intense man. your life is a movie

I loved watching the Tyson VS Jones last night - great fight!! It was so cool seeing Coach Tom in Roy Jones Jr.’s corner! I’m hoping to see a video breakdown of the fight: The strategies that worked for Tyson and those that worked for Jones. Thanks Coach Tom Yankello!! 😃 🥊

One of the few coaches that really spread great tactical knowledge. I appreciate you coach I hope you know people really learn a lot through your videos. Great to see you in Jones’ corner too I think that really shows how great of a coach you are if RJJ relies on you.

I love this channel. This is such a good set up for the back hand. And being honest you can just hook off the jab to preoccupy the opponent to land the back. A good example of this was Carl froch vs George Groves 2. Knocking him out clean out not allowing any political aftermath

I've had this problem before (in mma sparring) but only tried the left hook as the adjustment and was still struggling to land clean, makes sense I needed to follow with the straight right as the next shot. will try it next time!
Also have a question for the future Q&A...could you give your opinion on Dmitry Pirog's style?

0:01 land rear hand ortho vs southp or ortho /south vs south or ortho
0:18 use jab then feint to throw push hook/rt hand
0:35 against guy who push parries (with rear hand /from ortho against ortho )
Being soft at things better to redirect hand /not swat hard n fast
1:20 being soft /not swat /and bring hand away from rip cage
    /elbows in
1:32 philly defense /roll hook go down low/ not open up
1:55 I twist a little bit so I can come back with the Hook/ but not open up to match
2:13 throw jab /then half way out jab /push hook /rt hand hard
3:35 fighting southpaw/ same thing but against right hand
4:05 south vs southpaw / or ortho
4:20 south against ortho /he can battle me with his lead hand (from that position ! )
    4:40 drill again
4:45 so turn that fake jab into push hook
    5:25 heel toe
    5:35 do it as southpaw
    6:15 one eye /heel toe /shoulder traj
    6:28 jab control distance
6:35 great move to set up rear hand /specially if guy extend him and swat him self to parry my jab

A good coach, but I want to come and train in your club, and I do not want to leave it. Is it allowed in your club to train with coaches and in another boxing club at the same time?
