I have both the "Ajazz AK820 pro with Gift switch", and the "Keychron k8 pro with Gateron Browns" which is double the price of the Ajazz, and for me Ajazz is the better option because of the more creamier & refined sound. There are keyboards with it on the left, but they're more on the premium/high budget range. As for this cheap keyboard, it's a more common PCB layout and it's cheaper to get done
Well tbh, you just need a soft brush and a wet cloth to keep it clean. Brush the dust from time to time and use a moist cloth to clean the keycaps with marks

since the keyboard is hotswap you can switch the switches with some silent ones, or the cheaper option is to buy some gummy o rings and put then on the switches but i think it will feel mushier snd more quiet compared to a silent switch
Is there any way to put other keycaps that are translucent, I really find it a little annoying that they don't have rgb in the part of the letters... if you can change the keys?

Keep in mind it's just a normal keyboard, with basic specs. So you can definitely game with it but it's not as good as a keyboard made for competitive gaming.

I got mine today. And it sounds a lot better then cherry red and gateron red switches who I have on two of my other keyboards. And it work a lot better then them. I just need to get used to layout of it. My 2 other keyboards are 60%.
Well it depends on what you want. The RK M75 has slightly better build quality and a simple screen. The Ajazz AK820 Pro is more "plastic" but it has a more functional/fun screen. So if you want a better build quality and don't care much about the screen, get the RK M75. But if you need a screen and don't care much about build quality, get the AK820 Pro.

Bought a similar keyboard from epomaker (Aula F75) the windows key wasn’t working so I downloaded the software to try and bind it but it was incredibly difficult to navigate and ended up breaking my keyboard entirely, couldn’t connect it at all. Does the windows key and software seem to work fine on this?

I am a "normal" keyboard user ;)
I would suggest changing the switches to a silent switch
since the keyboard is hotswap you can switch the switches with some silent ones, or the cheaper option is to buy some gummy o rings and put then on the switches but i think it will feel mushier snd more quiet compared to a silent switch
the o rings will raise the bottom out tho so you need to research some stuff before getting the right gummy O ring for u

Hey, yes you can try to see if the shine through keycaps are avaialble or you can just get some pudding or shine through keycaps and put them on.

I would suggest to get heavier switches or a tactile switch. The keyboard is Hotswap anyways so you can also learn a new thing

If it's having problems, you definitely claim the warranty and get it replaced. Try contacting their customer support

Yeah it's fine, maybe you just had Winlock on. Just press FN+Win to unlock it
