you should do more builds with the akko cream yellow v3, I saw your build using it and it sounded a heck ton creamier than ktt kang whites, great video as always :)
It is sounding soooo nice when modded! I just received mine and already quite like the stock sound although the spacebar stabs are not sounding great, will try your mods :)
So my feedback on this: the tape/tempest mod (3 layers) definitely brought some improvements to the sound of the keyboard. It makes it deeper and thockier. As for the plumbers mod it made the stabs perfect in feeling and sound. Just don't over-do it, a maximum of 2 wraps around the stab stems is enough, more than that is too much and will make it mushy. Overall this keyboard now sounds like a 200$+ one and I'm super happy with it!
i will save all of my money to get this and mod it im planning on getting these same switches and black or white japanese keycaps thanks for this video
I have both the "Ajazz AK820 pro with Gift switch", and the "Keychron k8 pro with Gateron Browns" which is double the price of the Ajazz, and for me Ajazz is the better option because of the more creamier & refined sound. Keychron's keycaps are more well-finished, however the typing experience in Ajazz is better.
If I will change only tape mod application in my keyboard it should be bigger differnce? Or it's not worth my time? In that kind of job better to change also switches?
Which one is better with or without the screen ? planning to buy this for husband for his birthday because i know also you cant upload photos on the little screen right ?
I'd definitely recommend the Pro variant which is the one with the screen. You can actually upload GIFs and photos on the screen and as well as display the time or the battery level so I the ak820 pro would be a good birthday present :D
I heard tape modding with the battery plugged in is dangerous. Is that true and why is that? I want to make mine sound a little deeper but I'm a little afraid of possibly damaging my keyboard with the tape mod.
Depending on what tape you use, they can be flammable and cause a potential fire. However, sparks/shorts can only ignite them and the chances of it is low so it's alright for you to tape mod your keyboard. Just be careful not to damage the lithium battery as it can burst into flames if damaged severely (ex: punctured by a sharp material) As long as you apply the tape mod without anything that could potential damage the battery should be completely safe.
This keyboard probably uses Kailh or some other branded hot swap sockets so its entirely up to you on what mechanical switch would you like to get. The keyboard has support for 5-pins so if you want you can either use 3-pin or 5-pin switches
Honestly the stock switches on this board are pretty good! They may not even need replacing, especially if lubed...
yup, they're already pretty good but this is a client's request so both stock & modded configurations still sound great

True! I got mine and after I tape and holee modded it, it sounds sublime! Planning on lubing it soon to see the difference though.
make a tape mod inside the spacebar 2 layers
How was the result? Did it make a big differences?

sounds like the purple version but smoother

Could you provide the key caps link
where can i find the keycaps?
Why the mini screen there has black frame?
As I saw in the website, white body keyboard
has white frame on that mini screen.
Maybe because its just the white purple variant that has the white frame.
Ajazz ak820 pro or vgn n75 pro and on what switches thank you? much love love your videos.
Ajazz AK820 Pro all the way since it has a screen and it sounds far better than the N75 Pro.
do any keycaps that are 65% work on it or whatever percentage it is
do you recommend this or XJ80?
Is this better than the rk h81?
Hi sorry for asking, is the Ktt whites used here were 3 pins?
yup, as far as I know the KTT Kang Whites only support 3-pin
where did you get that gray mini mat? 😍
got it from KBDFans :)

@@kayoriskeyboards Is kapton tape safe for this? If it is, maybe I will put a layer of kapton tape between the PCB and the masking tape.
hi, where did you buy it? Ajazz AK820 pro which type (KTT Kang White)?
I bought the Green Plum variant that came with a different set of switches, the ktt kang whites are sold separately.
What switches should buy if I want to change the stock ones?
It is compatible with Outemu or Redragon?

подойдет, это дополнительные крепления чтобы к большему количеству клавиатур подходить
heyy!! what mouse is that?
Hey there! The mouse im using is the logitech g pro superlight :)
Oh god thats sssss’nice
Som incrível
Which switch is lightest?
flying fish
Stock sound is way better
personal preference i guess
The stock is loud, i like the mod one as it sounds deep.
Yeah I personally like the stock space bar. Put on some good stabs and it would be a nice clacky sound with no ping
That box... package dropped from the plane or...? :)
Prolly lmao. Had a history of dent packages that came from China freights
