I’m having trouble opening the downloaded software. It says I need something to open it with…is there something else I need to download to open the driver?

@@brawlysnook9971 you hold down the "FN" Key and the scroll wheel which is a button at the same time and then can switch to the screen by scrolling and then do the same keystroke to get back to volume control.

I've got the AK870 and can get the GIF to display but what do I do to get back the normal TFT screen info, normally on mine it shows date, time, battery charge, win/mac, number lock and caps lock & I'd like to be able to switch between GIF and normal status view. status. Thanks
@@realCityBuilder from looking at that model it doesn't have a screen unless you just mistyped you simply hit the "FN" Key and volume dial and use the dial to switch to what screen you want and then do the keystroke again to get back to volume control.
@@Welshmanshots Thanks, I'll try that. The AK870 has a couple models, mine is the tannish green model that comes with the screen and dial, it also has three extra key caps (pause, scroll and print) if I want those instead of the display and dial knob.

for those having trouble with some gifs going blank in the app it is because it needs to be around/below 300x300 in size

What is sleep mode? And how do I disable it? Because apperantly my keyboard is in sleep mode and it's not connected

any reason why the gif uploads when plugged into my computer via USB but when I switch to wireless mode the gif disappears?
i'm having the same problem too, no idea why, in the video he mentions that it can work on wireless mode 1:00
I just figured it out, try use the scroll wheel on the top right of the keyboard, after switching to 2.4, until you see the gif. works for me
