classic example of a customer having an unreasonable expectation. People forget that we no longer live in a world where an agreement is made with a handshake. Only a first timer will expect to pay cash, check or a debit VISA to secure a rental car.

At the end Enterprise is the best! We have the best customer service. Unfortunatly some people want the moon and asap. We still do our best for that. All we need is a valid driver licence credit card to trust you. MT :)

Enterprise changes their rates every day. if you want the easiest, stress-free way, try Zip Car. I have lost so much respect for Enterprise since i quit

Enterprise is making false accusation of vehicle damages. Do not rent from Enterpise. I currently have that issue. I will make it my life goal to paste this all over the internet.

I rente a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April 2012 for $273.50. It was a VERY nice car compare to my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. Excellent customer service! The cas was rented in Orlando through National at Enterprise

Enterprise on Cape Cod is the pits. I have flown to Provincetown. They check their cars out.
One car I drove was full of sand. Another car broke down in the middle of a Parking lot in
    Wellfleet, Mass.
I have equally horrible stories from friends & family members-

We had the car for 8 days and had no problem. Have you tried renting from Alamo or National?

Just get a credit card. Seriously. If you can't get a credit card you can't be trusted with a rental car.

Enterprise Customer: Can I rent a Chevy Tahoe for $14.99/ a day?
Management Trainee: Sure, let me check your credit score. Hmm, okay I see your credit score is 300. This should be no problem.
Customer Service Rep: That doesn't sound like a good idea.
Management Trainee: Shut up, I'll handle this, here are the keys Sir, Have a nice day
    NEXT DAY
Area Manager:(looks at the ticket) WTF!

If you ever want to rent a car from Enterprise, make sure you DON'T BUY COVERAGE! as long as you have insurance you dont need to buy coverage. that's how they make extra money is by selling coverage

Yea, then your dumbass has to pay a $1000 deductible because you didn't want to pay $60 when a rock hits the windshield.

Don’t forget Downtime and loss of use as well as admin fees-you are continuously renting the vehicle while it is out of service and in the shop for repairs. Which most insurance companies DO NOT cover. Also many of the smaller insurance company’s do NOT cover rental cars. You pay for peace of mind.
