I am 81 years & walk 3 km every day except on weekends. I have spinal stenosis. Like you said I sit down on the bench when I find one. I also do chair exercise at home. Am I doing too much? I keep 5000 steps as a limit. I have controlled diabetes. A1c 6.5 Reason I am writing is I like post & the way you describe in simple way. Will be looking for more posts. Thanks
