Winston! How will they get THAT out?

Winston visited Mountainside after a weeklong history of lethargy and vomiting. Radiographs showed a large rock within the gastrointestinal tract that required surgery to remove. Overnight, the rock made significant movement through his system and was able to be removed non-surgically. Winston is since back to his regular happy self!
