GRILLED GOAT/MBUZI CHOMA IN OVEN.

Ingredients
Goat Meat
Soy sauce
BBQ sauce
Salt
Oil
Ginger/garlic
Tumeric
Paprika
Curry
lemon
Orange
Method
1. Marinate the meat with all ingredients as in the video.
2. Cover with Cling film and let it rest for 45minutes.
3. Meanwhile you had preheat the oven ten minutes before. Then place the meat in the oven tray and sprinkle smear oil in the tray.
4. Let it cook for 30min then turn the meat for another 30min.
5. As it's drying up the sauce take foil paper, wrap and put in oven for 25minutes (low heat).
6. Serve with your favourite accompaniment & enjoy.😋

Hi guys iam so sorry I forgot to mention time. THIS IS GRILLED GOAT IN OVEN. I HAD PRE HEAT MY OVEN 10 MINUTES EARLIER.
I GRILLED FOR 1 HOUR AT 180 DEGREES.
