It's not because it's kosher by itself, But because it's Koshering the meat by taking out all the blood from it. Also you need to pray to god before slaughtering the animal, And to do it as quick and painless as possible. Any shellfish (kalamary, Lobster, Crab etc.) is also not kosher, Alcohol is actually kind of an integral part, And even a deed in Purim "Ad deLo yada" means "until he didn't know" because ahasuerus drank so much wine that he couldn't distinguish between good and stupid, So now you can do it. Pig is also not kosher and some more animals that were mentioned somewhere in the bible idk.
Thank you for this respectful explanation of the long and complex history of this part of the world. I feel a video like this is needed now more than ever to help put what's happening there now into historical perspective.
Incredible job. Concidering how complicated the situation in Israel. I learned a lot of things that most people would not talk about. A lot of information in a short time frame.
James Farrell its not complicated. Its simple as a matter of fact. One power occupies another people and land with the help of America. Nothing complex just straight forward.
you're right, it is not complicated. 1. British Empire gives Israel to Jewish leadership 2. Arab leaders order Arabs living in Israel to leave, so the 1948 war could take place. 3. Israel wins the war. Those Arabs who did not flee became Israeli-Arab citizens. Those who fled are still called and artificially maintained as "Palestinian Arab refugees" 4. May 1967, 6-day war begins. Eygypt, Syria and Jordan use the Golan Heights, Gaza and the West Bank to launch a war that was unambiguously aimed at destroying Israel. 5. Israel wins again, and Israel comes into possession of those territories, plus the Sinai desert. 6. During the time when Israel was negotiating the territories that it had taken possession over, the settlers started moving into the Westbank area...this is where the controversial settler movement began (I'm still not sure if I agree with the settlers or not). 7. Israel gives the Gaza Strip, the Sinai desert back to the Arabs (which it didn't need to do)...and offer a separation plan for Westbank. Westbank disagrees, as they want 100% of Israel, and ever since then, the territories have been under the Palestinian Authority and the Israeli police(when riots break out).
Due to constant take over of the land of Levant by different empires and regime over the years, it is most appropriate for all parties to respect each other and settle this conflict in a win win situation by recognising the legitimacy of the parties involved.
El Mahry. Yeah sure not complicated, only the most controversial and flaring territorial debate on the entire planet going deep into centuries of conflict and occupation by several empires and people's groups, where both sides have legitimate claims to the land and decades of negotiation between several governments and authorities that couldn't get to an acceptable solution. But surely El Mahry here understands the situation perfectly and knows the perfect solution because he heard something being said about it in the local news. Bite me.
Barby, as an Israeli I know how tough of a subject this is, and I just want to let you know that you truly did an outstanding job! Me: "This isn't tasty"

@@trollrat2828 Same thing with us. Eating meat with blood is not kosher, So you use kosher salt.

El Mahry.
Not complicated.
A people has returned to its land... FOR GOOD!
you're right, it is not complicated.
1. British Empire gives Israel to Jewish leadership
2. Arab leaders order Arabs living in Israel to leave, so the 1948 war could take place.
3. Israel wins the war. Those Arabs who did not flee became Israeli-Arab citizens. Those who fled are still called and artificially maintained as "Palestinian Arab refugees"
Bite me.
