Brilliant Johno, could you make a playlist or just let us know who the singers and artists are please. Just brilliant with the drone shots and the haunting music, it captures the timelessness of Australia.
Great informative video Johnny! Thanks for that, about to head over east next month! Love the Nullarbor,it’s landscape and vastness,a very special place! Keep up the good work mate and stay safe and strong! See ya on the road soon 👍😎🇦🇺
Now this was superbly produced.... Couldn't fault it.... Great camera; drone; editing; graphics, and music applications.... Great story telling style with the interviews.... Perhaps the only thing missing was to cut to a road map a few times; so the viewers can understand geographically where everything fits together better.... Good luck with everything - so far; 10 out of 10.....
Goodday Johno, Mate you have outdone yourself, what a superb video with great drone footage & so many friendly people along the way. I see back to double trailers. Stay safe Cheers Louis 👍
Great stuff. Crossed the Nullarbor 13 times because I can 😄 Another return crossing coming up in April. Good excuse having family in Perth and Sydney. A fabulous trip with so much to see. Never tires.
A great video i have travelled the Nullabor so many times . I started as a child in the 60s the road was dirt from Ivory Tanks SA to the State border . The roads was bull dust and corrugated . My last trip was in 2017 worth the trip . But DO NOT RUSH .
I've never really given that much thought. I just drive where I have a load to go. It's maybe just luck that I've gotten everywhere I need to without being flooded out.
I guess you're travelling in your own car? Yes it's fine. There are motels all the way across but you need to book a room ahead of time. Many times they are fully booked.
What a great video! I’m curious about what those little vegetation islands are along the side of the highway that you see from the drone (around 3.13) - do you know? Also wondering what drone you’re using & if you’re filming yourself driving? Really enjoying your videos!
Thanks for your encouraging words. I was in the basin between Eucla and Madura and that is the hill that runs along the edge of the highway until you get to Madura where we come back up to the top. I'm using the Mavic 2 Pro and yes I can set it to follow me as I drive.
@@RoadTrainAdventures thanks for your reply! Mavic 2 pro? You’re quite serious about it! : ) I meant the series of rings (sand tracks) around vegetation going along either side of the highway - are they for floodwater drainage? And thanks for the tour & suggested stops, I’m aching to do that drive!
Yes I knew that but thanks for saying it so others will know too. Maybe I should have added that in the video. Oh well... I'm still learning how best to make these videos.
Another great Vlog, interesting how complete strangers were generous with there comments about all the stops, yes a map of where everything is, would have helped viewers from other parts of the world, keep on smiling cheers from Downunder ❤️🦘🦘🦘🇦🇺

I do from now on but those songs are songs I don't use anymore so I don't knew who they are. Usually I'll put the names and artist in the description.
Riley well done m8 good interviews all those lucky people travelling in the vans.
Great video, we are heading over there later in the year. Cheers

Thanks for your support and yes watch out for me. I'm out there some where.

Well Thanks for the vote and support. It's always good to get encouraging feedback.
Goodday Johno,
Mate you have outdone yourself, what a superb video with great drone footage & so many friendly people along the way.
I see back to double trailers.
Stay safe
Cheers
Louis 👍
Another great vid. Love your work! I’ll get along that stretch of road someday soon I hope. Cheers 😎🇦🇺👌
Sing out if you pass me by and thanks for your support.
Great video, would recommend the trip across, well worth the experience.
ONYA Mate.
Thanks man
Awesome video mate. Very informative. Nice touch getting the campers on the video.
Thanks for your encouraging words.
This was awesome.
Very nice. Thanks Paul
Been to all them places!

I'm so glad it's not like that anymore but I've heard the stories.
@@RoadTrainAdventures Yes it is like a freeway now . But the servos are the same as they where in the 1970s when the road got sealed
All you need to know and superbly done! Cheers mate!!
Thanks Keith. Glad you liked it.
Great video mate but it’s actually Nullarbor with a R in the middle…whoops haha
Dam I need to wear glasses more. I'll see if I can fix that up. Sash people may not notice.
,🙂👍
👍
I reckon it is if you want to get from side to the other
Very good
Great video mate! What time of year is good for crossing? Weather wise I mean!
I would go when it's cooler for sleeping. Today, I'm on the Nullarbor and it's absolutely prefect. Clear blue skies and the water is pristine.
@@RoadTrainAdventures considering recent closures due to floods I’m not so sure cool is all that good!
I've never really given that much thought. I just drive where I have a load to go. It's maybe just luck that I've gotten everywhere I need to without being flooded out.
Thank you, I am thinking of travelling east to west on the cheap and on my own, just one question is it safe for a lone lady to travel?
I guess you're travelling in your own car? Yes it's fine. There are motels all the way across but you need to book a room ahead of time. Many times they are fully booked.

Oh now I see them. I might have to have a look when I pass again next. I'll be leaving Perth today so I'll try to remember.
@@RoadTrainAdventures 👍. Just a bit jealous!
I'm a x truck driver been a cross the Nullarbor in a road train lots of times tell people how long the Nullarbor actually is the truth it's only 20km
Tell me more about why it's only 20km?
those drone shots are epic mate. makes a whole lot of nothing beautiful.
Awesome. Thanks Stew
Nice video. Hey some of you probably know this - i didn't until a couple of years ago, and im QLD born back in 1972. Null = 'no', and Abor = 'Tree'
Yes I knew that but thanks for saying it so others will know too. Maybe I should have added that in the video. Oh well... I'm still learning how best to make these videos.
So disappointed with the 90 mile "straight". All those bits where it bends up and down.... 🤣
Ha ha
No you gave the secret away, I keep telling everyone that there is nothing to see no I can’t believe you did that
Ha ha
No you can’t know about this bit of road
👍
If you are making a video you should at least spell Nullarbor correctly!
Oh no. Did I spell it wrong again? I was in a hurry when making that part.
Another great Vlog, interesting how complete strangers were generous with there comments about all the stops, yes a map of where everything is, would have helped viewers from other parts of the world, keep on smiling cheers from Downunder ❤️🦘🦘🦘🇦🇺
Thanks Steven. Yes I should have made a map to show where these are. This was a video I made years ago when I was starting up making these videos
