I almost always run the Holiday Punch on heavy for those sweet sweet moments. The worst problem with the weapon tho; the puch, if crit, *DOES NOTHING* if the target is in the air. It's such a hard counter it makes them almost useless :(
IKR. My favourite weapon in the game as a Scout main and Valve ruined it because TF2 got super competitive over the years. I didn't even care that it was the cleaver combo. That was fun, but my one true love was always the sandman. RIP sandman.

The problem i have is that it doesn't work against enemies who can't "taunt" at the time you hit them, like when they are jumping. Also, against players that aren't ubered, just dealing damage is better than the stun. At least is a fun weapon

Although it can be good sometimes, calling it Heavy’s best weapon literally makes no sense, especially when you compare it to his primaries, secondaries, or even the other melees. It also deeply relies on getting random crits, which aren’t possible on some servers or formats, and the Heavy needs to be perfectly positioned while staying alive. It’s a risk that just isn’t worth taking sometimes nor feasible, and running it over the other options regularly is usually very silly. I have 2000 hours on Medic, and this item doesn’t worry me in the slightest.

It’s a risk that just isn’t worth taking sometimes nor feasible, and running it over the other options regularly is usually very silly. I have 2000 hours on Medic, and this item doesn’t worry me in the slightest.

@@HeyGrouch Oh for sure! It’s actually pretty baller at times, especially in Casual, and when used correctly, it can make the difference in a match. It’s certainly not talked about enough, and it’s technically never a bad choice, especially in Casual. Besides, this item can arguably be considered as a Hoovie’s best item ❤️. I mean, look at how cozy and welcoming those Christmas mittens are ☺️.
got this item when i was mainly playing in uncletopia servers with no random crits and only now do i see the use in this weapon lol. i didnt know it crits from behind. dope. i wanna try this out now lmao. now that im trying to play casual but the FUCKIN BOT PROBLEM IS NUTS Dx
