    Love seeing your techniques to get better appreciate you.
    Do you recommend the bar on your shoulders how you did or having it in your hands with your elbows up on your shoulders?

      I have the bar on the front part of my shoulders. I criss cross my hands and grab the bar, with my elbows flared up
