    Here is the problem with your videos sir, I think that you only show off what you are capable of doing to the masses, but you don't actually teach anyone anything. You just state the important of these particular movements

    Alot of Truth ... Powerbatics & Mobility require a great deal of dedication & mental focus but do render a superior Pathway to a healthier & more resilient body. There is always some risk in any fitness endeavor we just have work within our parameters at 6'5" and almost 62 yrs old I can do some of these basic moves but due to my lengthy frame there is alot of leverage that comes into play ... rarely do you see gymnasts over 6 feet 6'3" or 6'6"

    Bridge push ups and pipe push ups --I've been doing lately. Thank you, sir! My shoulders feel fantastic. Now, doing push ups at different angles and stances seems smart. I'll give it a try, since I work from a tiny one room flat.

    Push ups are perfectly good to grow muscle, and so is the bench press or any other exercise as long as you push yourself.

  • @RadiantShadow13
    @RadiantShadow13 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    if push ups are not enought up the reps, take a high number and try to do it in a row, and progress the overload thats how you get stronger and bigger, for example one of my plans back then was 1000 push ups in one set with active rest and I maxed out a 150kg bench

    The biggest and strongest athletes are built with foundational lifts like bench press, strict press, squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and power cleans. After 15 years as a strength and conditioning coach at three Division 1 schools, I can tell you: serious strength comes from these core exercises, not calisthenics. I'm not saying calisthenics aren't great; I like them too. But if you’re aiming to become the strongest version of yourself, these core lifts are essential

    there is nothing exciting about any exercise routine if you do it long enough which you have to do even in your system so saying the other forms are boring is kinda ridiculous..

      Hope u have already improved ..if not ...
      Place the affected hand on a flat surface just like we do for a push up ...but you dont need to be in the push up position ...place the other hand on top of the affected hand as close to where the wrist bends ...press with the top hand and try decreasing the angle between your forearm and hand ...
      Also opening and closing your hand in the same position ...not on a surface but in air ...until you start feeling some burn in your forearm will also send some blood there and improve strength ...i too wasn't able to do pushups and felt strong pain ...doing these helped and may help you too ...though I wasn't able to put it up well as my english is not that good ...i tried ma best

    Some of what you say makes sense, but others don't. The thing you are misleading people about is how dangerous doing handstand pushups are without doing the steps to get there first. Honestly weight training works with calisthenics. It shouldn't be something frowned upon since doing both is better than just one or the other.
