If you want a bit more oomph for your team, it might be worth looking into having your tanks swap out guard or intercept for the counterattack skill.
It costs 1 turn and deals 200% of armor as damage for the next two enemy attacks. Using it together with armor up lets your tank stay at the front of your party most of the time, soaking up damage and retaliating with 20+ dmg with the armor you have at this point.
29:20 I'd imagine later in the game you could have an entire floor dedicated to 1 type of room allowing for potentially an extra room or 2 on that floor
Two rooms is very optimistic, it looks like one will fit though.

Woooo🎉! So excited to see Snotcutter in action! A ruthless hunter's scaling in multi-unit fight is bonkers! I use one on my execute raider and the consecutive dunks are hype.
Mentally it'd feel better if they die of old age but then it might be bad for those who were planning to use a particular character with really good stats & or traits to make new ones as it would be random when they'd disappear.
Another QoL aspect would be to place a buff icon over the goblins who gained the 20% boost dmg against beasts & any other of this style of bonus dmg that may exist. The icon system is already there so it shouldn't be difficult to add.

The legacy of Balmangler was too much to bear for his son.
The way I see it, the bandit is a support class that only needs body to perform well.
This means that if you have a gap in your team, you can almost any goblin to fill in that gap, and make the others shine more

I got 2 Orcish Artifact worth 3k gold within an hour from a sparkle rumish today. It's now worth it...
I use goblins until they're worth 3 souls, then immediately retire them. No matter who they are. Never had a soul problem.

Just like to say thanks Retro for showing me this game and Ive been playing non-stop since release date... Im on day 75!!!
The bandit is cool, gets even better with the aggressive gene which gives you fury upon kill. And omg the raider with this same gene is sick.
The bandit can control your ordering... theres a skill where he can pull players to the front at the cost of 6 life, crucial later if you run with a single guard. The guard with enough armour will not take damage. Also great for pulling healers to the front before you do the final blow. Goof luck man and thanks again!
still enjoying this! something I noticed, with the rattle on the guard, since its damage is based off of armor instead of power, flabby is actually fine for a guard after the early game

Still loving this series! It seems like the first time you explore a zone it's the short expedition, then the times after that it's the long one. Missions seem to add the extra super short zone after the exit of the main one.
I sometimes wish you could customize names, if only to continue Balmangler's legacy in name, if not blood. But otoh, the magic happens when a delightful name just appears

Remember all the Bandit's abilities are level one, competing against other class abilities level three or four. A few visits to the Guru should rebalance things a bit.
the guru buffs are temporary, they last just for the adventure. all abilities are at level one at the start of a new adventure

Ah, I think the goblin's HP is based off of a typical 10 + 4 HP per point in Body + class level HP (which seems to be 5 per level) + class buff HP (for a class like bandit)
Ah he hit the big of the breeding center, hopefully u dont hit the run ending bug like I did with barracks and breeding lair broke

I'm only six hours late because work is a thing, but it's finally goblin time.
Just want to mention that shamans are currently your only source of magic damage unless you give a casting weapon to an acolyte.
Bring on goblin glory.
What if you can merge more to help expand a room even more?
The naked goblins in the thumbnail are only 70% of the reason I'm here....

A nice upgrades in stats
If you only have 1 stairwell on a level, it looks like you can get 2 large rooms and an extra small room on that level.

Did they patch the game I was looking to buy it but read all the feedback on Steam about the game having game breaking bug that would cause you to lose progression. Is it fixed ?

destroying the shamans guild lowered your shamans health by a lot.

I'm not sure if you noticed this but I believe if you hover over their name (when born) you can give them a name. I believe you accidentally hovered over it in a previous episode and I just wanted to point it out.

Have you ever beaten a ❓ I feel like those are always failed.
Yeah the bandit current skillset is not that great compared to the unlockable skills it has,also the blade with bleed and self heal is considerably better on them.
And yeah probably should run a double guard setup and not use shamans, comparing to what the game looked before full release I can see that shamans were nerfed quite a bit.

yeah, with the hunter being sooo good, the bandit class is underwhelming. also, 2 tank feels unnecessary but definitely, NOT.
Imo the bandit feels like a jack of all trades class. Decent tankiness with some supporting ability and potential damage with the "deal my missing hp as damage".
AND, we still dont know what the locked skills are.

This game seems a little buggy, and also has a tendency to misrepresent point and percentile values, so maybe I'll hold off on playing it myself for awhile. Keep these videos coming so we can see where else it needs to improve.
