After having a single Kcup maker for years we craved a pot being made on the weekends. Researched a bunch of models and choose this one. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxL8yFdHfPF4ObeIwJ5JdM3i_9XLnbjUC2 We love it! We wanted a water reservoir for the single cup so we didn’t have to pour water in every cup but the other models it fed the water to the coffee pot to so by the time we made one pot we’d have no water left. This model has the traditional pour in feature for the pot and the reservoir for the cup which works great for us. Love how there is a bunch of holes pouring the water over the coffee, makes it taste much better. Only drawback I have is the way the lid is angled on the pot section it’s hard to get the last bit of water out of the pot into the machine without it spilling somewhere else.
Thanks .I was ready to get out the old coffee maker. After watching several videos I watched yours and it fixed it. I never even tried the other things because the K cup side worked fine. So I knew it wasn't the pump. Ty Ty Ty .
I tried that and it didn’t work. I left it unplugged for about 2 to 3 hours because I was in the middle of something else trying to descale my kureig at the same time. Glad it worked for you. I got mine about a year ago.
I have spent all morning trying to fix my coffee pot! I watched the same video you did and had the same results! I unplugged and plugged back in and it worked!
Didn't work for me. Was running fine until I descaled. I descaled every 4-6 months and no problems until now. Worked fine on kcup side but still not brewing on carafe. Starts for a few seconds then nothing. Tried your suggestion still no brewing. Also pressing 8+10oz buttons together for 3 secs is not removing descale indicator. Keurig has gown way down hill on a very steep incline from original versions. Will be shopping for another brand. I'm tired of replacing Keurig machines every 2 years.
Mine was making small amounts of coffee on the pot side and full cups on the k-cup side.. after hours of trying different solutions these videos shared, nothing worked.. took it apart and blew the vent tube out with compressed air, works perfect now!
One of any troubleshooting technique is to turn off power wait 30 secs and yes it resets the computer module chip but there are different models that dont even have a power button, especially the duo type that have a cup and oz button to choose. This one does not have a power button. All the lights stay on and not able to reset it. I will work on it and give a comment if the problem is fixed, glad yours was though
Same issue I am having. Ima going to let it sit for a bit cool off and try to brew a full pot. I need to clean this thing and it stopped doing it while I was running vinegar thru it
My Keurig stopped brewing more than 1 or 2 cups when I chose the 12 cups setting. I tried everything I could find to try to fix it. I even tried the method you mentioned and it didn’t work. BUT I unplugged mine and left it alone for 24 hours and now it works! Mine is a slightly older model than yours, so maybe mine needed a longer time to reboot? Idk but thanks for giving me a hint for what to try!! 🙂
Now you tell me!!! I tried everything, but unplugging it and resetting it. Now, it works like a charm! Thanks!! Now, can you tell me how to stop the massive leaking from the bottom of a Keurig Duo...my other machine?
No. That is not what fixed it. It just cannot handle the vinegar. If you just keep brewing & keep diluting with more and more water as you go, it eventually works. EVERY TIME you put vinegar in this thing, that will happen. You just keep brewing over & over until you have diluted the vinegar enough it just works again.
mine leaks when pouring too. it's the edge on the lip. my solution, bought a Mr coffee carafe. Fits the Keurig duo just fine, no more drips all over the counter
@@reidwilcox5707 I've tried several replies and they keep getting deleted. I bought the Mr coffee 12 cup replacement decanter from mills fleet farm website. Glass pour spout.
That method isn’t working. I keep getting that 1r error code. After unplugging and replugging it eventually shuts off completely, hit power button where it resets but then the error code comes back on.

Miss Patricia,
Your a Genius. Your idea made common sense. I tried it & it definitely worked. Woohoo!

Not working for me😞
Didn’t work for us either
I have had mine a yr or over it’s not putting no coffee through I’ve tried all I can think of just puts small amounts through at a time
I have spent all morning trying to fix my coffee pot! I watched the same video you did and had the same results! I unplugged and plugged back in and it worked!
I did that, unplugged it and it worked only one time. I have one ordered but it may take a week to get it. I won't pay extra for quick delivery.
Every single Keurig I have owned has lasted no longer than 6 months. Keurig like really sucks.

Totally worked for me. Never would have thought! Thank you!
Cleaning this thing is a big PITA. Same thing with me. I keep mine very clean. So I tossed it and bought a Hamilton Beach.

I had the same issue and tried your advise and it worked. WOW ,thank you very much.
Thank you! Took me three tries to get one full cup this morning. I just got it and I was so frustrated. Trying your tip right now!:)
That is my problem and I tried your answer but it’s still not brewing a pot
Is yours loud as fkk when you turn it on? We just got a K Duo a few days ago and love it except the noise when it starts 🙉
I tried the unplugging and plugging it in and it did not work I have only had the machine for a month
To reset the descale indicator, try holding down the 8 and 10 buttons together for 5 seconds .

Didn’t work for mine unfortunately. Can’t get more than half a cup brewed in the pot. Ugh.
Worked, your my early morning coffee hero!!!
I’m speechless. It worked
Oh my gosh. Same problem. I did EVERYTHING. Unplugging fixed it🙄🙄🙄🙄
THANK YOU!!!! Mine was on its way to the garbage can when I thought I better check what others say about this- YOU SAVED US -LOL!!!
This totally worked for me😊 Thank you
Carafe leaks when pouring. Keurig sent me a new one and this one leaks as well.
mine leaks when pouring too. it's the edge on the lip. my solution, bought a Mr coffee carafe. Fits the Keurig duo just fine, no more drips all over the counter
@@en4cer44tv8 Can you tell me exactly which one you bought? I see several on Amazon. Thank you!

@@en4cer44tv8 Thank you!
@@en4cer44tv8 can you supply part # or photo/link as there are now a couple replacement pots for Mr Coffe. Thanks
I always use bottled water in mine. Never had a problem. Tap water will ruin one fast.
You should really only use bottled water in your coffee machine. Saves LOTS of hassles and they will work GREAT for YEARS!!!😇
You fixed the Kraft

Didn’t work for me.
Thanks
The glass coffee pot word is two syllables - CARAFE. Pronounced care-aff
ugh!! I feel so stupid. Thanks!! Turn it off worked.
Just skip to here ====> 01:28
Going to try that now
This could have been a short. Leave it to some people to tell you how to make a watch when yoga just need to know the time
1:08 "... turn upside down .. push button.." ? Where, what button, upside down? You mean its (unplugging and plugging) that simple, how dumb of ME!!
had my machine for 3 years it just fried on me today smell like burnt wire
That didn't work for me
I did that didn’t work for me
It worked! 😁
Worked Thx
FYI - it's called a carafe - not a carafTe....and if you didn't unplug it first - your troubleshooting skills need to be worked on.
Wow!

Totally worked for me. Never would have thought! Thank you!
