@@sweetcaroline1125i unfortunately took the whole machine apart because I was sure I was having a power issue. I realized mine was just clogged up. I believe it was shutting down as a safety mechanism. I unclogged it and it started running like normal. Use a paperclip 📎 like in the video. It worked for me, good luck!

I was having coffee grinds all over my keurig as well. It took me about 45 minutes to clean my machine. We must have a hard water going forward. I did make sure that the needles were clean as well because I have seen the needle to where it was dark. I did not even know that it had holes in it.😂 that definitely worked for my Keurig🎉 thank you very much👏🏽😊

Thanks for this video! Was clogged not pouring any coffee. One day was perfect one day clogged! Driving my a bit crazy 😂. Bc the water always came out with no coffee inserted. But when I punctured the bottom twice, it would come out. With no coffee grinds now after using the paperclip method, it works just like it was new. Thank you for the information. This video had nothing to do with my problem but it solved my problem anyway. While showing how to clean the pins I noticed that the bottom part of the K-cup holder looked different than mine. When I looked I found that mine had detached. I probably didn't put it back together properly the last time I cleaned it. So thank you for unintentionally solving the problem I was having.

_My duo is almost 2 yrs old. Never used the carafe side. Recently it started to do a weird thing that I can’t find a fix for. When I do the usual, it will fill hot water to the correct size into my mug & everything else works, no visible leaks to the outside, except it’s not going thru the k-cup. I’ve done descale maintenance & all. No luck. The only thing I haven’t done is taken it apart._ 😫
My Keurig acts like it has a plugged lower needle. I believe that the K cups are not being pushed down far enough or that the needle has receded a bit. The needle punctures the bottom of the k cup but it doesn't push the K cup far enough to allow the coffee to go through the needle orifice. Thanks for the great video.

Help please?! How to fix the arm on a K2.0 -500 model that is now discontinued? It’s stuck in the up position and won’t push down. Love this model! It features a touchscreen, 60oz tank, more importantly can be set to turn on/off, brew strength, water heating for tea/Cocoa, 4,6,8,10cup options. My point is they don’t make a similar model, none that will stay on with set on & off time. Are there Keurig repair professionals out there to take it to? Love my old Keurig!! Thanks😊
I've had my original classic Keurig machine for over 10+yrs now with no issues. The first ones my friends bought when they first came out gave up replacing them. WHY? WHAT WAS THE PROBEM WITH THEM? Because most people turn the power on & off when going to make a cup(s) and the heater switch is (or was) being used everyday or every use to turn the machine on & off, and the heater switch burns out quickly that way being turned on & off so often. Not sure if Keurig ever fixed this problem, after it happened to me with my first machine that only lasted a year, from then on I just KEET THE MACHINE ON EVERYDAY AND NEVER TURN IT OFF. The lights are all that stay on power wise just like any old coffee maker pot clock. I keep the tank full always with fresh water (unless going away for a long period), and I've never had a problem with the machine in over 10ys+. I clean it twice a year & descale it easily within an half hour at most.
We got a brand new Keurig and we used it 3 times only, and the coffee grains started spilling everywhere inside of the coffee and fully loaded where we put the coffee K dispenser. I’m going to try the paper Clío cleaning, although, we used it only 3 times and it’s already doing this mess. I hope it works
I have a model B77. If dispensing clear water (example, for tea) it works perfectly filling cup as necessary for size selected. However, with K-cup inserted, it will fill differently every time and usually only 1/4 cup even though large cup was selected. No extra water goes thru the diverted valve back to the reservoir when this happens. The check valve was disassembled and cleaned, works well. It is as if the water pump does not have sufficient pressure to force water thru K-cup. Any suggestions? Dan

Try pulling your black gasket around the top needle down a bit. I think I pushed mine up when wiping it down as I do once a week and man, I was getting so frustrated! I have a k cup drawer under my machine so everytime it would splash, it was a HUGE mess! Good luck! Our machine is 10 years old and I don't want to throw ours away either 😆
My Keurig has been descaled with vinegar, and descaling solution, I have the many flows of water the problem is to descaling light refuses to shut off I don't know what to do. I've already done make sure with a needle everything was cleared everything's all good. Any solutions
My keurig shuts off when I place a kcup in. It works without anything in it to just give hot water but the minute I place a kcup in it shuts the whole machine down (off...lights out)

I have the same issue, the coffee was tasting great, then I descaled with vinegar, suddenly the coffee was weak and watery. I cleaned the needles, they didn't seem to be clogged. Called customer support, they told me to descale again, I did, it maybe helped a tiny bit but I still haven't gotten back to the great coffee flavor I was getting before I descaled. I wonder if maybe the water is not hot enough so it's not bringing as much flavor out of the grounds?

When using those fill your own cartridges in model B30 , it will pop open before the brewing is complete and the force is strong enough to jump the cartridge out of the holder. Have you had experience with this? Thank you.
Don’t rotate the k-cup if you want to reuse it just lift and close the lid and choose the desired amount. You get grounds because that k-cup has already been pierced if you rotate the k-cup it’s going to get pierced in different places and the grounds are going to “escape” and make a mess.
The same thing happens to mine. They run clear when there's no K-cup in there but when you put the K-cup in the water goes in the k-cup but it doesn't come out so the grinds bubble up through the top of the K-cup. I even replaced that first basket you pulled out even though it wasn't clogged. It still does it. It makes no sense the water goes into the K-cups and won't come out but rushes through the machine without a K-cup in place. I've had this happen on 2 previous machines and just end up replacing them. They only last about a year.

I clean my needles top and bottom gives me clean water. then a couple cups of coffee. then grounds, then grounds inside, I clean again, take out the pod holder and look down and see lots of coffee grounds down on the bottom of the floor like area, how do I get that out and why is it happening and how do I stop this, is it bad pods? pods do seem raised, should they have air inside them? I had coffee grounds before and could clean my needles but now.
on my keurig the heater stopped working is there a fix for that? i think its a wire burnt of from the kettle part where it just sits there with the heating up logo..

Lift arm look under you will see what I call a lip with a square indentation,lightly pullon it while lowering should shut then.

It took me around 10-15 descaling processes for the light to turn off

I had that problem....turned out it was a faulty cup, no filter material was installed during production! Had to clean up, what a hassle!

My lid will not close I can hold my finger on the button under the k express but how can I make the lid close to fix it so I can have my coffee 😢

This is great. I have also found a product called Kup-Lift to stop that annoying splashing.
