Surely, if immigrants are rushing in the country, they will be asked for documents, as India is a democratic state with law and order, not a shelter home. Even shelter homes might require documentation and identificafion. And why were muslims from Pakistan and Bangladesh were not mentioned as refugees, because muslims in these countries persecuted the minorities there, the Hindus, the Christians and others. Why would India allow oppressors and not the oppressed in take refuge?
