Between carmina , tlb artisan line, cnes handwelted. I can not decide

what is up the finish? it looks like it has a sprayed on clear coat. If it does than you cant polish and condition them, correct?

Very disappointed with CNES. Got a pair of C5 cap toe oxford beautiful tops. But on every step the left shoe makes a deflating noise, very annoying. Contacted CNES 3 times not even had the dignity to acknowledge the situation. I'm sending them to donations and going back to Ace Marks.

Air in the shoe is not uncommon in welted shoes as it gets trapped in the shank area. It usually works itself out with time. While I am sorry that they didnt respond to you I muat say that for future reference this is not a defect or grounds to get a paid replacement but rather just the nature of welted footwear.
