This match up is actually so stressful as the Demon lord player. If the opponent always leaves a Biting Crush live you can never summon your win-con, since Ogudo gets played by effect it would instantly die to the Levia from biting crush. You need to somehow have less Digi/Tamers than your opponent and have a lower level digi for them to pop with the guaranteed second half of the effect. It is the ultimate floodgate and you have to hope they mill themselves out. 💀
4:39 with psychemon on the board TJ digivolves into levia, and deletes lucemon. this shouldnt happen since TJ has 2 digimon or tamers vs Arbys 1 total digimon or tamers. gaining the 1 memory from the lucemon dying also lets him get 2 checks in that shouldnt have happened. LOVE those godzilla sleeves.

Yep -- the ability to pop the highest level is the conditional effect whereas the lowest level digimon will always get popped!
