I like listening to you because I believe your passion for the show. I’ve watched it for the second time because of you. I’ve been rewatching the series again...and I’m watching “The Climb” now...I never could remember where that speech came from..”the realm” but now I remember hehe.
As much as I'm excited to see the last season I really am going to miss the theories and analysis of the show. I think leaving some unanswered questions would still provide a chance to theorise but it wouldn't be the same as we would know the ultimate end game. It's been a great show.
Every show leaves open ended plot lines. It's been decades since majorly popular shows like Friends have ended and people STILL theorize minor unanswered questions and inconsistencies. We will get our big answers, but some things will be left open as theoretical nuggets for fans who love to hypothesize. I am not one of those and it drives me bonkers not to know.

The Night King used a dragon to destroy the wall in order to allow his army into Westeros. Does anyone else think he already saw John was coming to for a hostage in a vision? (using the weirwood tree) So he ambushed him. And that Dany was coming with her dragons to save him. He seemed prepared with spears that are able to kill the dragons and giant chains to pull them out of the water. He probably tried before without dragons and failed, so he waited for the birth of the dragons (red comet) to start marching and planning to capture them.
something that never sat right with me was watching the undead slowly shamble through the opening in the wall after seeing them sprint around all over the place. it seems as though them shambling as if they were at a funeral was just to give the humans time. if i were the night king, id have lit a fire under my gouls... an army that does not tire, and theyre ambling forward with no urgency? cmon.
The biggest question i have is Where is Ghost? We havent seen him for a while and never saw his death, every other dire wolf has been slaughtered on screen except for Arya’s wolf who we know is the leader of a pack.

What if: Jon and dany r alive at the end, dany has a close brush with death after losing the rest of her dragons 🐉 so they decide to pass the throne to Tyrion believing he’ll do the right thing and they move on to raise there child, I doubt it but one can wish
I whish all the questions will answered in the show but I think we will must wait until the final book is released. The show will cut some important stuff, no doubt about it. I wish it will be different but, we all knew D&D...they are my concerns.
I think that the prince that was promised is none other than the child of Daenerys and Jon. They did have a pretty good time at the end of season 7. The night king is coming to take that baby and make his heir to his kingdom. Or it could also be the Cersei's child. We know about the prophecy of her having 3 children and they being dead. I think her child will be dead when it comes into the world and the night king takes that child.
I don't think Bran will get stuck in the past because he is more powerful than before. And the former three eye raven was scare to any other information that can unveiled from the past because the former three eye raven was a bastard Targaryen named Brynden Rivers.
It is also said in the books that if skinchangers linger too long in the skin of another, they'll eventually forget who they were and become who (or what) they're living in. That's likely how Bran becomes the Night King, if that is indeed what happens.
Brandon of the Bloody Blade I believe this too but I also believe that in the end Danny will lose all of her dragons 🐉 which will be sad... Drogon will be the hardest as he’s had the most screen time and has connected with both Danny and Jon.... all this “Jon will rise Rhaegal as it’s named after his father” is crap! He connected with drogon and drogon connected with him. I can’t see (with 6 episodes left) a bond as well as Danny and drogon forming between Jon and rhaegal. *sorry for going on a tangent haha*

I believe that according to her flashbacks in the books she was born in Hardhome and was taken as a slave from there a few hundred years ago. The magical glamour of her ruby necklace allows her to appear young to others.
The main question is why did white walkers return? If they were gone for thousands of years why did they return? I think they returned for Brandon Stark. There is something we don't know yet.
It may have connection with the natural order of things. Family Vs family House Vs house Fire Vs ice In the end when both magic ( fire for dragons ice for the NK) clash, both will die away in the end ( NK defeated means rhilor will have. No reason to stay so his magic will fade)

When I first heard that, I thought it was odd how she emphasized 'And You,' almost like he knew how he would die, and Melisandre knew he knew. I think Arya is changed and will not marry. I think she will encourage Gendry & Sansa, to continue the bloodlines. Think about it, Rob & Rickon are dead, Brandon may be incapable, the Stark name is already done, at least the bloodline can continue.

I could see that happening but more metaphorical. The prince who was promised is supposed to end the long night. That means that if it is an infant, it would have to be something different than what is expected. Maybe he will be sacrificed or something. However, I think it will be one of the current characters. Maybe something unexpected though. For all we know it could be Theon. He is a prince and it would be a good way for him to redeem himself. Good theory though
With only 6 episodes left I would hate if D&D did that (J&D child is prince who was promised). Last season felt so rushed as it were, and things happened at such a blur, and most of the stories did not have time to develop as previous seasons. I preferred the pace and development of the first 5 seasons (minus Aria's strung out training). Unless it turns up to be some sort of undead child like in the Twilight series (God help me, I just compared a plot point from Twilight to ASOIAF... forgive me) I don't see it happening.

I think this is another reference to Sun/Son just like Gillie talking to Sam about "Sea/See" words that sound the same but are spelled differently. The Night King is a Son (rising in the West to "set" in the east) of Winterfell (theory could be Bael the Bards bastard son who was basically the first Jon Snow), he's returning due to the current Jon Snow in some way. Their stories mirror each other being a son of a Stark girl... also hence why Ygritte said "an evil name" when she met the current John Snow. the whole story comes full circle and the NK isn't fully evil
Im thinking that Arya has Littlefinger's face and she goes down there using it to try to get close to Cersei to take her out. However, due to her spys in the north, Cersei will already know of Littlefinger's death and will capture Arya, unlike the first season where she had escaped. This will prompt Jon, The Hound, Jaimie, and Dany (if still alive) to go down there and rescue her. Kind of like the first season when Ned was captured.
Not really, remember when the waif took off her face and it was Jaqen?? The height difference in those two. I think the height automatically morphs in the disguise as well.
I think the reason Jaqen was so interested in Ayra was just because he could clearly see she was a girl and liked that she was fooling everyone else and probably saw that she had the skill to be part of one of the many-faced god assassins.
I've heard many people say when everyone finds out about Jon snow's true parents, its going to cause problems, but I disagree. First off, the north may dislike the targaryens, but they love the starks. And not only was his mother a stark, she was one of the most loved starks. And Jon was raised by starks and raised in the north, he loves the north. And they might not trust a targaryen, but Jon is the most trustworthy person in Westeros so I think they will come around. Secondly, his family wont look at him any differently. Arya and bran will still see him as a brother and if anything, Sansa will love him even more. Her biggest problem with Jon is she has always been a mommy's girl and thinking that her dad dishonored her mom by having a child with another woman made her dislike jon. Also seeing that her mom disliked jon kinda added to her dislike of him. So when she finds all this out, she will truly love him like a cousin and all the dislike will go away. And lastly, the only problem it might cause between him and Daenerys is their sexual relationship. Jon has never wanted leadership. He never asked to be made lord commander and he never asked to be king of the north. The people chose him. So just because he finds out he's the rightful heir isn't gonna make him want it. He respects daenerys and sees she would make a great king. His loyalty wont waiver. And Daenerys will prolly be happy she still has a legit family member, especially one like jon. I just wonder what there going to do about their feelings for each other. I don't care for the incest, but I wouldn't mind it between these to, I love them being together. Besides, there not brother and sister, there aunt and nephew, some age, did not grow up together and fell in love before they knew. Jon and daenerys together all the way to the end.

OMG is that possible.
Jon would never give away any of his children, he suffered because he didn't know his mother and have an intact family- no way would he impose that on his own children willingly.

And we see this many times. I mean, this is a theory after all first we have to see if this is what the Night King wants, ¿after all how the first starks "defeated" the night king not killing him? Thats weird, so it could be possible that the only way the white walkers return to their "cave" is when they get what they have been promised, maybe a prince from the starks or something like that.
Just a thought about Arya’s list. It has been suspected that Jaime will die protecting one of the starks. What if after this Arya takes his face using it to this kill Cersei thus fulfilling Maggie the frogs prediction that Cersei would die by the hands of Jamie. I would like to hear what you think.

I believe that according to her flashbacks in the books she was born in Hardhome and was taken as a slave from there a few hundred years ago. The magical glamour of her ruby necklace allows her to appear young to others.
The main question is why did white walkers return? If they were gone for thousands of years why did they return? I think they returned for Brandon Stark. There is something we don't know yet.

I could see that happening but more metaphorical. The prince who was promised is supposed to end the long night. With only 6 episodes left I would hate if D&D did that (J&D child is prince who was promised). Last season felt so rushed as it were, and things happened at such a blur, and most of the stories did not have time to develop as previous seasons. I preferred the pace and development of the first 5 seasons (minus Aria's strung out training). Unless it turns up to be some sort of undead child like in the Twilight series (God help me, I just compared a plot point from Twilight to ASOIAF... forgive me) I don't see it happening.

I think this is another reference to Sun/Son just like Gillie talking to Sam about "Sea/See" words that sound the same but are spelled differently. The Night King is a Son (rising in the West to "set" in the east) of Winterfell (theory could be Bael the Bards bastard son who was basically the first Jon Snow), he's returning due to the current Jon Snow in some way. Their stories mirror each other being a son of a Stark girl... also hence why Ygritte said "an evil name" when she met the current John Snow. the whole story comes full circle and the NK isn't fully evil

Im thinking that Arya has Littlefinger's face and she goes down there using it to try to get close to Cersei to take her out. However, due to her spys in the north, Cersei will already know of Littlefinger's death and will capture Arya, unlike the first season where she had escaped. This will prompt Jon, The Hound, Jaimie, and Dany (if still alive) to go down there and rescue her. Kind of like the first season when Ned was captured.

the valonqar theory is not mentioned in the show, so they could kill cersei in other ways.
I think the reason Jaqen was so interested in Ayra was just because he could clearly see she was a girl and liked that she was fooling everyone else and probably saw that she had the skill to be part of one of the many-faced god assassins.
I've heard many people say when everyone finds out about Jon snow's true parents, its going to cause problems, but I disagree. First off, the north may dislike the targaryens, but they love the starks. And not only was his mother a stark, she was one of the most loved starks. And Jon was raised by starks and raised in the north, he loves the north. And they might not trust a targaryen, but Jon is the most trustworthy person in Westeros so I think they will come around. Secondly, his family wont look at him any differently. Arya and bran will still see him as a brother and if anything, Sansa will love him even more. Her biggest problem with Jon is she has always been a mommy's girl and thinking that her dad dishonored her mom by having a child with another woman made her dislike jon. Also seeing that her mom disliked jon kinda added to her dislike of him. So when she finds all this out, she will truly love him like a cousin and all the dislike will go away. And lastly, the only problem it might cause between him and Daenerys is their sexual relationship. Jon has never wanted leadership. He never asked to be made lord commander and he never asked to be king of the north. The people chose him. So just because he finds out he's the rightful heir isn't gonna make him want it. He respects daenerys and sees she would make a great king. His loyalty wont waiver. And Daenerys will prolly be happy she still has a legit family member, especially one like jon. I just wonder what there going to do about their feelings for each other. I don't care for the incest, but I wouldn't mind it between these to, I love them being together. Besides, there not brother and sister, there aunt and nephew, some age, did not grow up together and fell in love before they knew. Jon and daenerys together all the way to the end.

I have been a game fan from the start, but my grandma has never watched it, while she cook and things she lets me tell her about the show. She just turned around toward me while I'm following her around the house, you know talking endlessly and said "so the white haired girl is going to die while giving birth to white haired triplets and john will give one to the bad dead man, one to the god of light or the old gods and one will be the king. OMG is that possible.

@@baxterandcotton Yes but thats when we have to talk about what GRRM said many times, that his characters developement almost always have a very dificult choise in their path at least once, a very dificult choise that could break the character. And we see this many times. I mean, this is a theory after all first we have to see if this is what the Night King wants, ¿after all how the first starks "defeated" the night king not killing him? Thats weird, so it could be possible that the only way the white walkers return to their "cave" is when they get what they have been promised, maybe a prince from the starks or something like that.
It’s a shame the fact that the final season was so trash, none of these questions were answered, and it kills me everyday.

Just a thought about Arya’s list. It has been suspected that Jaime will die protecting one of the starks. What if after this Arya takes his face using it to this kill Cersei thus fulfilling Maggie the frogs prediction that Cersei would die by the hands of Jamie. I would like to hear what you think.
