    ➡️ Green Tea
Studies found that those who drink green tea regularly tend to have a healthier cardiovascular system than those who don't.
    ➡️ Beets
Researchers have found a link between consuming nitrates and a lower risk of dying from heart-related problems. Thankfully, beets are loaded with nitrates which is why they're so popular amongst competitive athletes around the world.
    ➡️ Turmeric
It's is the bright yellow spice that is often found in Indian cuisine. It wasn't until recently that medical experts discovered its positive health benefits. Turmeric contains antioxidants that work to prevent fatty deposits from developing in the arteries.
    ➡️ Walnuts
In general, whenever you eat a meal that is high in fat content, it puts your arteries in a state of shock. Over time, this causes them to stiffen and become hardened.
    ➡️ Cinnamon
It contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that are responsible for improving cholesterol and blood pressure levels. A study found that eating one-half teaspoon of cinnamon per day can decrease your blood sugar, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol levels.
    ➡️ Flaxseed
Flaxseeds are one of the most popular superfoods because they offer several health benefits for the human body. They're great for your arteries because their components work to decrease cholesterol levels which can lower blood pressure and decrease the likelihood of a blood clot forming.
    ➡️ Fish
That is because fish is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. Studies found that the components of omega-3's work to decrease the manifestation of cellular adhesion.
    ➡️ Ginger
Ginger is a flowering plant that is widely used not only for cooking but also for medicinal purposes around the world. It's been used to treat nausea, help with weight loss, treat chronic indigestion, and fight infections.
    ➡️ Beans
Beans are rich in fiber and are known for being a heart-healthy food. Like other foods that we've mentioned, beans also work to decrease plaque buildup as well.
    ➡️ Garlic
Unfortunately, heart disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is one of the primary risk factors that causes these types of cardiovascular impairments.
    ➡️ Citrus Fruit
Not only is citrus fruit very tasty, it also contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that may provide benefits for the cardiovascular system as well. One of the primary constituents that I need to mention is flavonoids because they work to decrease inflammation and free radicals in the blood.
    ➡️ Cayenne Pepper
That's correct, most people are unaware of the amazing health benefits that cayenne pepper has to offer. One component in particular that we need to point out is capsaicin. It's known for having vasodilator effects which can lower blood pressure levels.
    ➡️ Dark Chocolate
Surprisingly, dark chocolate is loaded with several nutrients that can positively affect your overall health. To be more specific, studies found that the flavanols in cocoa can increase nitric oxide levels.

      Hi there,
Fish ought to be avoided due to radiation and mercury in the seas affecting fish like wild salmon (radiation) and tuna (mercury), i believe. Fish farmed e.g farmed salmon ought also to be avoided due to the use of GMO feed and may lack nutrients e.g Omega 3 Fatty Acids that are beneficial for the brain, which wild salmon in the seas, obtains by eating algae, i believe. One can replace these with organic walnuts or pecans (that look like the brain and targets it) for Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
I would recommend to avoid caffeinated products e.g green or black tea, coffee, dark chocolate, energy drinks etc as it is an addictive and diuretic drug that flushes out calcium, thus weakening the bones. It also raises cholesterol; irritates and stimulates the brain, heart and nerves; and taxes adrenal glands. Furthermore, i would encourage to opt for a well-planned, organic, unrefined or untempered vegan diet preferably consumed in their raw form so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities, and consume foods that look like those organs too e.g a tomato (which when cut, looks like the heart and targets it); carrot (when cut, looks like an eye and targets the eyes); artichoke (looks like a hip and targets it); celery stalks (looks like bones and targets them); walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it e.g contains Omega 3 Fatty Acids that the brain needs)...i think you get the picture. I digress.
      Best wishes

My wife and I have been drinking a tumeric drink with a number of these items contained in it for a while now along with consuming beets and olives as part of our supper meals, We also add flaxseed and cinnamon to our morning yogurt beakfast which we add apple, banana, kiwi, and other assorted in season fruits. Blueberries ,strawberries, pears, etc.along with assorted nuts like almonds walnuts brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds. Green tea, Cayene pepper and dark Chocolate are also in our regular diet but to a much lesser amount. Being in our late 60's and still relatively active, we believe its what keeps us going. Hope other will take heed early in their lives to help them get the benefits before they do too much harm to their bodies. Thanks for sharing.

As for heart and artery targeting foods, organic tomatoes look like the heart when cut and targets the heart; organic strawberries are good for assisting the circulation of blood; and organic beets are good for iron needful in making good blood and it also looks like blood. Combined with drinking plenty of pure, clean water so as not to have thickened blood, as well as hydrotherapy treatments e.g a tepid or cold shower (based on experience, produced results there and then), these may help with the circulation of blood. One must also ensure they conduct atleast 30 minutes of moderate-intense exercise required daily.

I believe in “ Eat to Heal “ principle. We should include beets, spinach, arugula, cabbage, orange, salmon, walnuts
green tea, carrots, ginger, garlic and so on in our daily diet. There is a tropical aggregate fruit called “ jackfruit “.We should cook it with Indian spices before it ripens into a fruit. It helps reduce blood sugar drastically.

Amazing. I consume 8 of these daily. I will be adding walnuts. I don't care for eating beets, but I mix beets juice with a little pomegranate, cranberry, and a little concentrated cherry juice. I am a diabetic that 3 months ago was walking on a cane from diabetic neuropathy issues. I took no Medicine, and I stopped taking Metformin because it was making me sick I started researching and it's nothing but horror stories about it destroying other organs. My blood sugar is fine. Clean eating is king.

Wow that is amazing. I'm also Diabetic and I'm always having these constant headaches body aches all the time. I would appreciate it if you can walk me through the way you take care of yourself so that I may be out of Metformin. I once heard that it's not good and I asked someone about it but they dismiss it. To be untrue. Thank you for this information. God bless you 🙏🙌
