  • This excercise works the Buccinators (Cheeks muscles). This muscles form the lower third of your face. When they start to sag, cheeks become saggy, start to droop and eventually jowls appear.
    This excercise will tone and firm up your cheeks and firm up the jawline.

    Do you do this along with your other video where you make an O with your mouth and contract the cheeks? Do we do both or is that too much. Thank you! BTW, you are so beautiful
