    I recently got punched in the face and lost all muscle and nerve tissue on my left cheek bone, now my cheek looks drastically smaller than it used to. Will my cheek ever heal the crushed muscles and regain it shape and volume back?

    I cant tell how much of the movement is possibly coming from my checks and eye muscles or if im doing it correctly, its easy to make my check muscles move but if my eyes are crunching I cant tell if thats the muscles pushing my eyes up or if im not t=doing it properly

      No this isn’t permanently. If you want permanent results try bonesmashing and use mk677 to enhance permanent cheeckbone growth.

      Mk677 is a natural hormone to increase growth. Including bonegrowth. If you bonesmash and use this you will def get results really fast. Im not saying you should do this because its all up to you but i think its smart for you to know the best option available. Btw it can be dangerous if you do it too much so be careful

    I have had deviation of my jaw to right side for years and finally getting it to straighten but the side that has been pulled down is so out of wack as I've been trying for way to strengthen that side to go back up so I tried this and one side is defiantly tighter but I am gonna go slow as side that has been pulled plasmatic muscles are so tight so I am so hoping this helps realign my cheekbones, I've tried mewing and most time one side pulls down so I can't.       John Slack I think she just must of done other easier facial cheek exercises in the past so the muscle had developed enough for her to be able to have full feeling of it. Even if I manage to activate the muscle I cannot isolate it or put full tension into it, can only barely feel it if anything
