When you do tear downs and rebuilds you should time-lapse the work and speed it up for us to watch. Would be interesting to see how some of your older equipment is maintained.
Every update is super exciting and motivating for me to keep chugging through my own project. You have the same work ethic as my dad, never gives up and always 110% of effort into every task!👍 I will be sending some cherry coke your way! I've been a building contractor who pretty much works alone, for 40 yrs., so I really appreciate the amount of work you do and the skillset to accomplish the task properly. I’m amazed at the vast knowledge Alan has for mechanical stuff! My fav stores are hardware stores and trying to figure out what all it does in building applications. Weird but I sneak off to hardware stores like guys sneak out to Hooters! Lol

I did and know not allowed to work and lost all licence's m/c(multiple combination truck), car, bike, loader, bobcat, fork, ewp, skippers and can never fly helicopter which I had 4 lessons of 100 done. Got epilepsy at age of 37yrs in hot summer when working too hard and body lost heaps of weight. 1st ever seizure drove car off road into powerpole doing about 80km/h. Ripped front of car off but I came out without a scratch due to holding wheel so tight while seizure occurred. I want to see you finish and enjoy your fortress, doesn't matter how long it takes. Avagud1 mate.

What you are building is an amazing feat of what one man can do if determimed enough. You must do more work than most groups of a dozen workmen do every day. Is there any chance at all that you WILL be able to see it actually completed one day?

Just the amount of equipment at your compound is astounding. I am truly intrigued as to what drives a person to spend this energy (and money!) at that location... what is the vision? Some may not be able to see all the work that was behind the scenes but I can see all the hours of just physical labor. You got alot of desire and inner strength/ determination to see this through .my hats off to you allen your a hell of a guy.
At 9minutes: that sky imo looks distinctly 'mackerel'. Usually a strong sign that the weather conditions are going to turn sometime in the next 24hours, usually to rain. Mackerel sky and 'mares tails' ie long wispy clouds curved like a horses tail, boaties recognise those as sure signs it going to rain, get rough, pretty soon. I'd guess you won't see those too often in the high desert.
