Great eye for framing a photo shot, you captured some wonderful ones. Like the mix of narration, music and ambient sounds like the waterfall. The car park less so, the thief’s! Well done on pronouncing all the names! You got some great views before the clouds came in, very atmospheric! Big like from us! 👍

Holy cow! Loved the new intro, very funky Emz. Great wee vid, stunning photo's and nice and informative about the local area. £4 for a nights camping is quite acceptable. The reflections on the loch were lush! Looks like an amazing area to visit, I'd seen photo's of Ben Venue before and thought it looked a good 'un. Love that tune that kicks in around the 4min10 mark. Looked a great spot but never heard of having to purchase a camping permit before, worth it mind for the view alone - that shot at 2:31 was jaw dropping!! Shame the rain came down for your climb but good to hear it did not spoil it for you and good to see you out again, I thought you had won the lottery and moved to the Seychelles. Cheers Alan
Hey Alan. Hope you and Mrs Metalman are well. Looked like you had a wonderful time away with the family. Yes in Scotland there are areas which have camping management zones in effect from end of march to September. They limit camping in popular areas due to people leaving a mess in the past. Where we were there was only tents permitted at any one time. The small charge is so worth it mind. I've just booked another one for loch lomond in 3 weeks when I take Riley up there for our holidays. Personally I think it's a good idea 💡. Thanks re the shot I got that was sheer luck I'm no photographer. The rain certainly didn't spoil our day just some views were limited. But I can't have good weather all the time can I 🤣🤣. Ah thanks so much 54DN. You can absolutely wildcamp in Scotland however, there are certain areas like loch lomond, callander etc that have camping management zones. Permit are 4 quid and you get them online but they are limited. This was brought into effect due to these areas being abused and disrespected. So they now have these zones to protect the areas. Anywhere out of the management zones are fine and free. I always check if I'm going to a loch etc just incase. Thanks so much for watching 💗🥾
I've been looking around this kind of area for me n Joe's anniversary mooch in September. What a spot to camp!! I've heard of those permits as Abbey Barnes mentioned them in one of her vlogs.
