😂🤣 You're so cute. "I wonder what Peter's doing?" 🤔😅 I really wanted to be part of this family when I first watched it. Even if I was just a seamstress on the team, or the person ordering food everyday. You can see the magic happening with the production and desperately wished you were part of it.
Lol thank you. I was going to cut it out, but I mention the crush so many times in the upcoming videos, that I had to leave it in. Otherwise I'd be cutting some good scenes out. It's embarrassing, but I'm glad you get it. Just like you, I would've assisted this production team in whatever way I could. I even mentioned in one of the upcoming videos that I would've been content to be in the orchestra playing a violin. It's just so heart-warming and inviting.
@flowstatereactions my crush was Éomer. 😂 I loved the fellowship and was totally crushing on Legolas but when Éomer showed up in Two Towers...Idk..he's just so my type. 😂😍 The actor Karl Urban is such a success story too! I think he's one of the more successful ones coming out of lotr, even more so than Orlando Bloom.
It’s so much fun to see someone else become obsessed with these films and the amazing amount of dedication and work that went into them. I’m so glad you’re enjoying them. Definitely rewatch them. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve seen them, and I still notice new things. One of my favorite LOTR memes: Everyone: There’s no way anyone can turn nine people and a pony coming around a rock into one of the most epic shots in cinema. Howard Shore: Hold my beer. This doesn’t really have anything to do with LOTE, but I’d love to see your reactions to ROP Season 2.
Haha! I love it. If that ain't the truth, I don't know what is. Talk about an epic scene. Whew! In an upcoming video, you'll see my confusion and utter dismay as I realize the pony was actually played by two people. Lord Have Mercy. That blew my mind! Anyway, I cannot tell you just how much watching these Appendices is going to enrich my first re-watch of LOTR. I may actually record myself watching with my newfound BTS awareness as apart of the commentary. If I can get at least 100 folks to watch, then I'll do it. Otherwise I'll just watch it alone in my pajamas, in my bed, eating snacks. (Like I used to do before reaction videos lol). Thanks so much for watching so far. I know it's been a lot of videos, and there are so many more to go.
This documentary is making me antsy. I can't wait to re-watch the FotR again. It's going to be so wonderful with all of this BTS knowledge that I now have. I'm so glad you all encouraged me to watch these videos.
Btw, all full-length videos of RoP Season 1 are on Patreon. I haven't watched Season 2 yet, but I will, and yes, I will still record it even thought there isn't a huge demand for it. But it's good to see another person who enjoyed RoP. You're like maybe the 6th person to express a genuine interest in watching. Lol. So many people dislike the series for a number of reason, but since I watched it first, I have a unique perspective. I didn't have the LotR to compare it to, so I thought it was fantastic. (Shhh...don't tell anyone lol)
So watching these videos has resulted in me developing quite a crush on Mr. Peter Jackson. I'm practically blushing when he comes on screen now. It's embarrassing, but it cannot be helped. Hopefully it begins to wane soon. I haven't felt this way about a celebrity since, the one and only, Mr. Michael Jackson. 💖 Anyway, thanks for joining me on the couch for this musical installment of Behind-The-Scenes delight. I'll see you all again next week with Part 1 of "The Making Of Fellowship Of The Ring". Until next time, Let's Flow! 🎬
Peter Jackson and that time period and all these people getting together. It was lightening in a bottle. I doubt Hollywood will ever be able to catch it again. So we got to appreciate it, even though as a Tolkien fan I have many objections to how things were done regarding Faramir, Denethor, Gimli as comic relief - the overall results are movie magic.
"Lightening in a bottle." It's a saying that I don't hear much, but it definitely applies here. It was all so magical. I can't wait to read the books so that I may have more information to make comparisons. I look forward to it.
@@kahinaloren A Hollywood studio may have underwrote the movie, but it was a crew of mostly New Zealanders, with a New Zealander director, who gave the vision reality. Probably one of the reasons it was such a success...less interference by big money.
Sound Designers: So Pete, we need the Ringwraiths to sound like a nightmare... just the most skin-crawling, unbearably unpleasant noise you can think of... Peter Jackson: Let's make them sound like my wife screaming at me.
I love that you're doing this! I'll watch them all with you and then rewatch the movies, if you want to do that. This was a true labor of love for so many, wasn't it? And the result is a true masterpiece. (Still no super thanks)
Hi. Yes, I mentioned in another comment that I'm considering recording my first re-watch of LotR. I know that most folks aren't interested in a re-watch reaction, but I think my newfound BTS knowledge would make for some interesting commentary. I'll take the time to edit it if I can get at least 100 people interested in viewing. If not, I'll just watch it on my own and tell y'all how it went. ;) Btw, I realize now that the Super Thanks option does not appear on the videos in which the Ad revenue has been claimed by the owner. The videos that you were able to leave a Super Thanks on did not have any claims on them. Most of my Ad revenue is claimed, which is the reason I have a Patreon and TH-cam memberships. Fortunately, next week's video: "The Making Of FOTR" will have the Super Thanks option available, since the revenue was not claimed. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this issue to my attention. Have a good day and night.
...I'm like that too: give me anything around those movies and middle earth lore, and I happily and greedily take it... probably still whispering that on my death bed 🤣
It is bitter sweet isn't it? The journey is often better than the destination.
Yes indeed. I second that notion :)
I would have loved just being a floor sweeper during the making of these movies!!

@@SeeliaVachon I love Karl Urban as McCoy in the Star Trek reboots
So you dumped Legolas for Eomer? I don't know why that thought tickles me, but I get it lol
I have loved these vids by you. Both your reaction and the vids. Thank you.
Aww you're quite welcome. It's been so much fun reacting to these vids. Thanks for watching :)

It would seem you have a thing for men named Jackson...
I didn't know that Peter is a New Zealander. I'm so happy they gave him so much control over his vision for the films.

Oh, yeah. I'll probably be in the middle of a rewatch, reread, or both.
Lmao! That is too good of a visual and it so captures how I'm feeling about this epic saga.
Wow. My goodness, there are so many people who are enveloped in this realm. It's so amazing. I feel right at home.
