Would you bring the alcohol with you? Just trying to think comparably how it would work to stove and typical fuel can. The fuel cans are the bulkiest part of it. Stove is light. I assume you would need to hold the pot over it while it boiled unless contraption is available to support it, but then you’re back to the “why not just carry stove and fuel can”

There are available small containers that you can put several days worth of fuel into and carry it lightly. Also various stove, cook kit combinations for backpacking, quite light as well. You can do a youtube search for them and find an enormous variety.
Back in the day, we hauled around "lightweight" Svea and Coleman white gas burning stoves that only weighed a couple of pounds. Now you can buy stuff that weighs ounces and grams.

Check out the website - there are ultra lightweight pot stands weighing just a few grams to go with the little stoves. Also fuel bottles in varying sizes. I use a 30ml Speedster stove and can recommend them - they are spill proof, easy to blow out and superb for small mug hot drinks, soups, stews, etc.

Are they rechargeable or One time use only?

They burn denatured alcohol - so refillable.

Nothing like a short but informative video. The speedster burner is compact enough to use with an Esbit solid fuel stove. This adds versatility. Also keep in mind that alcohol fuel is often the most available fuel.

I do in fact use them with one of the many variety of Esbit stoves.

Its less available in UK. We can get various types of gas anywhere.
