My wife is Australian and she told me about this place. She wants to take me there. Now I definitely wanna go. Looks amazing. We live in the U.S, but she still has family in Australia and they're not far from there.

Back in '87, I spent just about a month in Australia, traveling by Greyhound of Australia all over the country, which included some time in the Outback, where I visited the following parks: Katherine Gorge (Nitmiluk), Lake Eacham (Crater Lakes--Queensland), Simpson’s Gap (Tjoritja/West MacDonnell), and Ayers Rock/The Olgas (Uluru/Kata Tjuta). Just like us here in the US, you live in a spectacular country.
I went to Wikipedia to discover how this park's name is pronounced, but although they give lots of info there, one thing they left out was the pronunciation. I'm guessing it's either car-ee-JEAN-ee, or cah-RIDGE-in-ee. Maybe you could get back to me on that. Thanks.

Such pretty little falls, I want one of those for my back yard. Where do you get rocks just like that? Actually it was the little stream over the rocks with lovely kind of ripple. The rocks are so unique with the colors and the way they are situated too. The little plant life of course is all so different from North America all with it's own beauty too. The beauty of nature can just fill the soul at times.

Mother goose, you can't have rocks like this, they are not to be touched and are sacred and protected. It worries me people who see such beauty and want to ravage it for their own use elsewhere destroying the beauty in it's unique place. We have issues of people wanting our unique flora and fauna who poach and smuggle then out of the country for monetary gain without a thought of the destruction they cause.
Come and visit us some time and enjoy the unique beauty of my beauty state of Western Australia, its vast being approximately one third the land mass of Australia and is 3.9 times the size of that other so called "large" state, Texas. There is so much to see and because of it's land mass have a very large diversity of temperature, fauna, flora and outlook. You'll not be disappointed, it's beautiful. 👍🐨🇦🇺

What's the music? Sounds like its based on the didgeridoo rhythms.

Absolutely gorgeous, just wondering if the swimming holes are safe or is there a risk of crocs?

You can see The whole region was created through times of mass flooding and shaped as the water levels dropped and the tides came in and out

Trickling over all these wrinkles or layers in the rock. Are all these layers measurements of lost era's of time?
