    Nice, man. Cool, informative video. I've been into the hobby for a long, long time. Have a Kyosho Mad Crusher, but it's boxed up. Got a classic Mad Force to modify. Appreciate the info. I have plenty of 8th scale Kyosho drive train stuff put away to build a real solid runner, planning on LRP .32 power. Rock on, dude. Hey- Have you seen anybody multi-link these? Or thought about doing it to yours? The Crusher is 5- linked. Might be a good upgrade for durability and travel. Do those links on the Force tend to break or have a lot of play?

    Cool video man. Liked the trip to the shop and the end as well!

    😊👍cool! I bet with the new version of these trucks with the new link style suspension you put those lockers in and you can make one sweet big sized crawler out of em!

      Shen RC I agree the mad crusher has a 4 link that can probably flex a lot

      Good job =) btw how does the suspension arms work on this truck to give it the side to side motion? is it the material itself that allows a little bit of flex/twist?

      Hi yes it's kind of like a sway bar action

    Cool video bro and nice fix with the mig welder might have to invest in one! Haha yeah i do exactly the same thing with the grease bud save a fortune and better grease 👊👌👍

    • @clodbusted1776
      @clodbusted1776  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Pain in the RC yes a mig welder is a great investment and you can get a small one that runs on 110 volts that can weld up to 1/4 inch steel

    That thing rips with the lockers on. You might as well make it into a semi crawler now and mess with the suspension geometry to get more flex.

      @clodbusted1776  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      s14tat with the right tires it will probably crawl pretty well

    Nice tips looking at a foxx on Ebay might need to add lockers save time seeing it done already use Same driver snap on stolen from my son lol.

      Bruce Bartlett lol those drivers are the best. After running the mad force for a while I would suggest only locking the rear I was constantly breaking front axle shafts with the front locker so the best thing to do is lock the rear and use the two spider gears from the rear and make the front a 4 gear diff, you can use the parts from the rear on the front diff

      muddfoot69 not on the stock wheels. There’s a guy on eBay called risky concepts who makes wheels that fit with clod tires
