How to remove the driveshaft on a C3 Corvette 1967-82

How to remove the driveshaft on a third gen C3 Chevrolet Corvette 1967-82. It is blocked by the cross member but can be worked around without removing the rear diff.

Sorry buddy but you don’t need to take the diff support to get to the rear universal, all you need is a long extension.
