A good instructional video. However, I would not recommend tightening the oil filter back on with the wrench. You may have a hellavu time getting it off the next time you go to change it. Just oil the rubber seal as he does in the video then snug it tight by hand. As you soon as you start to ride the heat generated from the engine will seal the filter completely.
Oil choice is perhaps one of the most emotionally argued topics on HD forums. I've owned several different Harleys over the last 35 years and tried several different oils. I've had this bike for 14 years and run it on several different oils. If in doubt, buy the HD oil from a dealer. It's specifically made for HDs and is no more expensive than other choices. I use Castrol Power 1 10W/40 fully synthetic racing oil in the engine and primary and Castrol 90W fully synthetic gear oil in the gearbox. This is just because I use the same oil in several different bikes, buy it in bulk and therefore get it cheap.

Hello can I ask something about the fat bob you've pictured?
Ask away
Just acquired one of these, very helpful. What oil do you use in each part ?
