El único juego que me da problemas de los 300 o así de ps1 es este en este o cualquier emulador. La pantalla se queda en negro. Alguien sabe qué puede ser?
For me PC is STILL better. Sure the sound isn't quite as good and DOSBox can be a pain in the arse to set up to play this. But I have TombATI and can play the orginal TR1 in wide screen, with high resoloution textures, unfinnished business too.
Is there any WIP ,for upscaled or HD textures for any of PsOne tomb raider games, anywhere? With Duclstation texture repmacement become possible since couple years. Some games got works for them. I wonder about TR games 😢
2:34 maybe if you add some 6MB of memory, to me it seems to to be a memory leak, i dint test it, and you forgot to mention how you got 60 (?)fps. I did fixed 30 fps by this: Go to Console Settings> CPU Emulation and check "Enable Clock Speed Control",and scrool at 168% (56.90MHz). Lovely voice btw;
Graphics and everything is perfect but I can't get the first secret, at 02:50 you need to jump, grab the edge of the rock and and climb up. I tried many times but it won't grab the edge and climb up. Without that option, game is unfortunately unplayable 🙁
If you're referring to the caves area it's actually the second secret, and even though it seems high enough for Lara to grab you actually have to line yourself up all the way to the left and press up+X (or whatever you have mapped as the action button, most likely A if you're using an Xbox controller). For whatever reason it will not let you manually grab the ledge
Widescreen Hack is great when it works well. The issue is probably the game is being told to render to a widescreen view, but the game was programmed to show everything properly in 4:3. So some polygons end up missing because the devs never intended it to render 16:9. So the Widescreen Patch needs some additional work to ignore the render limit.
After that, you can look at this video again to set up certain display settings... But if you want a good screen like me with widescreen, my suggestion would be to scroll down and make sure these are on... (please be careful not to pick the wrong ones because it could make items invisible and textures float in the air if you mess up at the perspective stuff) Display settings> Vulkan - Resolution - Borderless Fullscreen Threaded Presentation - On - Sync to host refresh rate - On Optiomal Frame Pacing - On Internal resolution scale - 5x(for 1080p) Texture filtering - Bilinear True color rendering - On - PGXP Geometry Correction - On Aspect Ratio 16:9 Crop mode - all borders - Stretch to fit - On - Svales Dithering - On Disable Interlacing - On - - -Perspective Correct Colors - ON - - - Enablw VRAM Write Texture Replacement - On -

🙂👌🏼
Everything said though, duckstation is still an awesome PS1 emulator and I wouldn't go to any other for playing my old PS1 games.
Thank you, just recently started using Duckstation and this was very helpful.
While 4:3 is the true ratio i find 3:2 to feel more natural.
Totally usefull ;D
Have a nice Day!

maybe disabling pgxp and widescreen helps

Let me know if the chapters work for you on my videos. For some reason, they don't show up for me even though I have added them. Weird.

@@AndyJakeGaming Yeah. It's great when it works properly.
How do you make it load past the dark screen?

I don’t have PlayStation, how can I get Bios for Duckstation.
Without a legit PS1, there’s no way to do it *legally*. Google however is your friend, but do so at your own risk
@@TylerPetty98okay do you think what website where can I find ? Or should I ask Reddit ? I know that you can’t link anything on TH-cam.
@@martin.aguilar.a Not sure if you’re still looking but I used Vimms Lair, used it for various Sonic Games.
