I freaking love this game. Even in its rushed state, the game just hit differently compared to any other Tomb Raider game. I was so engrossed with the lore, the OST, the overall vibe. Love Angel of Darkness. It’s all Eidos’ fault for ruining everything 😤
So many additional animations that'd make the game feel more alive! Not to mention the fights against Eckhardt and Karel, those could've been so much cooler! And a Muller bossfight, of course, shame we didn't get that. Also those doctors seem to have been planned as enemies that don't attack you, but can make your progress worse by using some switches? (Or maybe help you? Who knows...)
Yeah, especially the Karel animations made me a little sad, there's so many and in game he only uses one animation that loops.. I was wondering that too about the doctors, if they were meant to help Kurtis or make the progress worse. The shouting animation makes me think that maybe if they saw Kurtis they would shout and that would alert enemies? .... Or it could be them shouting for help too haha
The game needed more than just more levels and animations... They have to rethink or remove the skill level (absurd as it is now) and redesign many levels

Yup, the animator made clear that he make so many animations never implemented in game. I hate Eidos so much, they want a new Tomb Raider ready in 1 year. They are guilty for Core Design failure, i was just happy they close their business
Wow amazing vid🌹Love the idea of these eels as underwater enemies and it's a shame that Lara's harpoon gun was scrapped in the final game. Would love to see the underwater sections in the Aquatic Research Area and the Vault of Trophies getting a bit expanded with some underwater combats.

When I first played aod characters did seem out of place very static and inanimate, I see why now, an expaneded and enhanced re-release would be appreciated
