    I have to love that strong 80's mecha anime vibe, and I've always got a soft spot for black, purple and a sweet orange fade! Sure, the vehicle mode is weak, but honestly, pre-Valkyrie designs were often like that and in that era, this wouldn't have been bad. Very cool find!

      @@jasonschneider7224 the colors are great, and the alt mode does look better in higher quality toys BUT you’re right it’s weak compared to the Valk or Legioss. I’m happy to have it though, fun piece o plastic. Thanks for watching!

    There's such a mystique about this whole line of KO's to me. They're so distinctive and they all seem to pull cool designs. They've never hit these shores so it's totally not worth it to try and get any but if I ever hit the states, I'll go nuts if I catch any. First guy to go "oh my god Tuesday Morning!" I bet haha

      @@waspshot23 not sure if the royal ebay experience is different than here, but if you search for polyfect toys it usually brings them up….but for too much $$ usually!

    I miss Tuesday Morning stores. Lots of cool toys for good prices long after they weren't in regular department stores anymore... of course towards the end all they had were kinda clunky kos but still!

      @@MantisNineNinesOh I love KOs too, just the last time I went to a Tuesday Morning I remember being kind of sad at the lack of variety compared to before. Had a lot of the Polyfect G1 combiner figures I kind of regret not getting but I have become wary of ko Scramble City toys. Oh, they had the Jetman robot as well, but nothing else. Store was kind of dead, and the store that we used to go to that was much closer to us had already closed long ago so by the time the rest of the stores closed we hadn't been to a Tuesday Morning in years.

      @ Just another lost experience, like Toy Stores. At least my kids got to visit ToysRUs a few times. KMart had some KOs occasionally as well.

      @@MantisNineNines Well, at least recently I've been noticing places like TJ Maxx and Ross are getting more KO stuff. And of course the Internet seems to be having a resurgence of ko circulation depending where you look. But yeah, rip brick and mortar toy stores for the most part

    Man, it's a shame these Polyfect KO's are the only way to obtain some of the prestigious Japanese-exclusive robots that came out in the 90's. I'm aware Polyfect also made KO's of Goldran and Advenger, both of which I believe you reviewed at some point. I used to own their KO Advenger myself (Steel Divine).

      @MantisNineNines  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jetpackman01 yup, I have those 2, really like them! Advenger in particular isnt a great figure but I love how it looks. Steel Devine at least. The original is probably better but 🤷

    • @jetpackman01
      @jetpackman01 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @MantisNineNines In regards to Steel Divine - as you yourself have shown, his missiles cannot normally by removed from the launcher, which ends up underneath his train mode and forces it to sit lopsided, right? Well, the missile launcher is only held together by a single screw and a peg, which if you remove the screw allows you to split the launcher in half and take the missiles out. I recommend you discard the screw entirely, because there's enough friction from the peg to hold it together in robot mode, and you can easily take the missiles out when transforming and let the train mode sit flush for the first time. It's one of the few benefits of cheap KO's with simplified construction.

      @ dude I will try that! Great tip I appreciate it! And youre right about some of the few benefits of KOs when you can find them.
