Just look at our ancient temples. How can we say they did not have some amazing architecture, mathematics and engineering behind them? The west focusses on "ancient eastern mysticism"...but conveniently ignores these real and existing architectural marvels!

I told my friends ancients might have used Siddhis ( paranormal supernatural powers) which thry would have gained via meditation. They thought I was a gone case. But I know I am right.

@@Anxh007 Our knowledge is too small to ask for that proof. For example Ancient Indians know earth is round(Bhoogol). It took a lot of years to prove that point.
Patanjali Yoga Sutras clearly mention this. There's a whole portion of that text which goes into the different types of Siddhi and how to achieve them.

Luckily, we have umpteen records of how we made those achievements in ancient times. People don't have time to dig & investigate. Few are working to bring back that knowledge, while some are sitting in chairs & tell others what to do & what not to do... 😂

I felt the same when i started reading vedas. I felt as if we never touched the roots and lived only on the surface. Every scientific invention is already mentioned in vedas. People are blinded by western bling. The actual knowledge and , ज्ञान is in vedas only.

How is that possible? Surya Siddhanthaa was written before Aryabhattaa? Dint surya to earth distance calculated using zero before Aryabhatta?
One thing to remember about ancient India's contributions is that they were either largely oral , i.e. composed and passed on orally without being written OR the written records are lost. So, Aryabhata propounds zero in Aryabhatiya but zero existed far before Aryabhata. We just don't have a better source that predates Aryabhatiya.

Did not understand his point about Ayurveda and other indic sciences.if the treatment is better than allopathic treatment,then people WILL choose it(in some cases, ayurvedic treatment>others).the benchmark is not allopathic medical standards,rather it is effectiveness ayurveda utterly fails in treating some modern common diseases.he should stop justifying bs and crying indigenous without anything tangible to support his arguments.
You are right to some extent. Ayurveda is very effective in other yug and in this yug as well. But now a days many diseases developed which couldn't be cured through Ayurveda only. Also, many ayurvedic plants that we don't even know lost in time. And expansion of modern life and destruction of vegetation.
You are ignorant about the real challenges and try to compare an elephant to an ant. The support and investment and the material that is provided to allopathic medicine is not simply available for ayurvedic treatment and the propaganda is made fully openly that the traditional trained doctors are waste and cheating while it is exactly the opposite that is happening in reality, as the allopathic cheats are more than the traditional ones.
It's not a question of what is better? Is it simply a question of survival? You can't make traditional trained doctors survive by attacking the same from all sides, the knowledge list is lost, even if you have books the experience and real meaning are lost over a period of time. Do you know that the traditionally used plan Vijaya is condemned and blocked all over the world?! It was processed and was part of the many medicines , those medicines can't be made because of this state imposed restrictions. There are so many examples and if there is no single big institution the fight of small traditional medicine is not going to be on the same pitch and the later will loose without the necessary local or global support systems.

The spectacles he wears was not invented or devloped in India, the microphone he speaks with was invented by Robert Hooke, then later Antonio Mecucci, later German scientist John Reiss built sound transmitter, and later in 1870s Graham Bell devised telephones and perfected later. The LED panels behind him were invented by Nick Holonyak. What did scientific inventions did Indians since the mythology of Mahabharata and Ramayana..? People are getting numbed with such intoxication of a glorified past. This is bad for a society at large. The spirit of scientific enquiry must be inculcated not with mythology. But with actual scientific temper and principles.
