Hi Vegan you might have been using the older version, I have revised and enhanced the Tai Chi for Diabetes program at onlinetaichilessons and DVDs. You can find out more at www.taichiproductions.com
awesome than you
What makes this form unique to diabetes? Does it interact with specific chi meridians?
I know many people who benefited from less than 60 minutes form practice per day, if they can apply the principles while doing other things. Don't underestimate the power of minimal, intelligently applied exercise.
I also get the sense that you feel exercise should be taught for free. What's wrong with fair trade? You buy beer and cigarettes in the store, why not buy something to improve your health?
Perfectionism and misplaced idealism are limitations that can be overcome.
I would love to have your beginners DVDS and for arthritis
Ok thank you so much
