I really enjoy your content in what you do. I love love to see a repair video where you simulate different damages and repairs. If that makes sense. (Maybe put a single drop somewhere on a motherboard that shorts somewhere and you then show how to diagnose) have a good 2022 my dude. Keep it up

Gutted on the fake/non working chips what a massive pain, your probably right that the seller is knowingly selling fake chips however it's possible that the seller themselves was scammed and didn't know the chips were fake or non working, but more likely they knew or didn't care either way.
But keep up the good work, I find your vids really informative and really like how you regularly give shout outs to other youtubers especially the smaller and or newer channels and encourage your viewers to support them and that your not just about growing and gaining support for your own channel. 👍

I've been hearing a lot about these machines lately. I ordered from aliexpress once, didn't like the quality of the item and asked for a refund. they told me my refund is issued and I didnt have to return the item. But it's different with every vendor I believe.

Hi! Thanks for the video... question, my blue ray disc connector piece on the motherboard one of the prongs broke off of the motherboard when i was reinstalling it... can i attempt to solder this small metal sliver back on? or is the motherboard f'd now?
Quick question for you I'm generally stumped and it's one of those puzzles that you think about until you get it figured out. Even if the board is trash I have to know. I have a xbox one s not powering on. No beeps or anything the mosfets on the board have the general .6 and 1.9 in diode I get a brief beep from meter when check the 6 power pins and then stops. Thought it was bad power supply but ended up being a trash klein meter. I get a slight 10 degree difference between board and hdmi retimer chip. Can that cause the system to have zero power, not even a twitch from fan. Or do you know of a way to check front rf board? I am a industrial electrician but have soldering experience but most of my work is done with higher voltages and not so many resistors lol thank you for any input or direction you can give

Hey and thanks for the video’s. I am trying to fix one of these for no video. Changed retainer booster and port still no video. I did find a resistor around booster shorted to ground. Removed booster again and short still there. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi just looking for a bit of advice please... My kids spilled some dilute juice on there xbox so i took it all a part to see if i could see what the problem was but i dont see anything so far.. The console turns on for a couple of seconds and then goes straight back off again the fan starts for a couple secs and then just shuts down... Would any1 be able to help? Also i have some marks on the motherboard but not sure what they are, could some 1 look at my motherboard and see please? I could email pics etc

I did the same with my personal 360 in 2008 or 2009, paid something like 16USD for it, less than 10USD in parts to fix it, played it for 2 years before the disc drive stopped reading

First thought was a dodgy hard drive, lol. I would test any 2nd hand mechanical drive from CEX first, I wouldn't buy a 2nd hand mechanical drive tbh.
Yeah the good thing is with cex though is that they do come with 2ur warranty so they're covered :)
Hate buying anything online nowadays people are dishonest a lot less headache repairing units! almost have to get a Virgin unit to get a honest unit to repair

You'd need to send it off to someone who has the tools and equipment to be able to do it for you
When I use that x clamp tool I am always worry about demage some on the board, make a scraches :/

@@pakoakwa7032 seems you're using it too close to the board. It has to sit in between the slots on the clamp not in between the board and clamp

Hard Drives don't stop consoles from POSTING.
Come on now.
POST means power on self test. Consoles do a power on self test, hence the pulsing blue light on a PS4. It's a system check, and won't go to a white light until the console knows it's working correctly. The same applies with Xbox One, it tests voltage rails amongst other things to confirm it's OK. It will power up and if anything is wrong it powers down within 30 seconds, hence the beep on beep off issues

@@naseromar5533 honestly it isn't that simple. The import fees on top of repair fees would make it cheaper to buy a new console. You're welcome to book it in at consolefix.store/book.php but you would be responsible for all import fees which can end up very high
