Ciao Daria! I am new to your channel but I find it extremely useful. I come from a Technical ( Software Engineering ) Background now at my first year as a SM, keep up with good work
Hi Daria, Yes i will be interested to buy. And can you please post a video based on ( using any software are a sequence of making a complete project plan like first is product backlog or first is epic.... then spring backlog......then user story...
Amazing video as I am planning to start a career path in scrum.. got a question, in the free attempts you provide for the certification, if one passes the exam does that mean they’ll get certified without taking the exam again on their own post the 2 attempts your course package provides?
@Simplenessless if you attend a Scrum.org training, like a PSM I class, you'll get a free attempt at the PSM I assessment. If you pass, you get the certification. If you don't pass, and this was within the 2 weeks after the class, you'll get a second free attempt. If you don't pass that second time, or if you tried the first attempt after 14 days, you'll have to buy other attempts at the assessment out of pocket.
New SUB, great information. Do you recommend getting the SAFE certification? I have seen that in some job postings, one other question, do you have to know about coding in order to become a scrum master or agile coach?
Hi Hay, thanks for subscribing. I believe the SAFe certification can be beneficial if you would like to work in bigger organizations because this is what they usually implement. Of course, knowing the fundamentals of Scrum is first though. I am not a programmer, I don't have a degree in computer science, and I can only code in basic HTML. This did not prevent me from being a great Scrum Master and finding success in this career. Now, you surely are to meet developers who will have little respect for you because you are not a developer. I'd say - that's a "them problem", not a "you problem". I am thinking of making a video on this topic. I have an old one I filmed several years ago, so the quality is meh, but it can still be relevant: th-cam.com/video/HvqynKJRBqs/w-d-xo.html
I have got the agile and scrum master certificate, however, my company are not using scrum for product development. I want to have more information how to get start and change to other company using scrum. Is there any information how to get success in the interview process? I believe i have completed the first 3 steps and now, need help on interview skill and how to start new position using scrum
@kamying1027 the market is not doing great right now. I would say that just look for opportunities in other companies, even if it's a combined SM / Project Manager role or something similar as it will allow you to get the experience you need to go forward.
Quick question. Is is possible to work from home (or other place) ONLY and never have a personal meeting with the team during that job? Let say that I would like to work remotely ONLY so I can do it from other part of the world ?
@gregmaddux7970, this is often true, but recruiters always put a number on the experience, which sometimes is not aligned with the role. I usually just ignore those
I hope this video was helpful.

Very interesting! Those certifications are only available in English? I'm a spanish speaker.
Yes, all of them are in English, unfortunately. I don't think there are any plans to translate them soon. Maybe in a couple of years
Check coursera

I believe some companies offer fully remote jobs, so it's possible
What’s bsm?
PSM - Professional Scrum Master. You can learn more about it at Scrum.org
Every position wants you to have multiple years of experience to get the role, though.
