I have watched some of your videos and I can honestly say that your videos are mostly about you and your knowledge and not about enhancing scrum master skills in others.
@ioana duda..It's crazy that amongst the 9.55k subscribers on her Chanel, it's sad to know you the only one who thinks asuch; respectfully though!! Indeed I loved her response..SURE..IF YOU THINK SO 🤣🤣
Thanks Daria, I always enjoy watching your videos. Hoping to transition into the position of scrum master soon. I've taken some certification courses but don't have hands on experience as a SM. Hoping to overcome that with some successful interviewing. 🙏🏼
I've got a video with some extra tips on what to do if you have zero experience, I've just posted it last week: th-cam.com/video/BcaWLwXOeL4/w-d-xo.html
Hi Daria thanks for your videos Could you please answer the following : What is Agile and why should companies adopt it? What are the drawbacks of Agile? 🙏
Hi Im new in Scrum with 4 team currently supervising. With its existing Or shall I said ongoing Product to deliver. Can you give tips or some guidelines on how to improve my self and make my teams self managed and productive as well. Thanks
@it-loghelp7638 That is a big question! And I would need to know the context to give you any concrete advice. I would say though that having 4 teams while being a new Scrum Master is honestly too much. Especially, if you don't have other Agilists in your organization. If you do have other SMs or Agile Coaches, then reach out to them and learn from their experiences. I have a couple of videos and articles on self-management, and of course, lots of other topics. Check out my blog scrummastered.com/blog
Hi, can't find much on this topic so I figured I ask - Starting a new SM position in 2 weeks (went through a 3rd party recruitment agency that has ties to the organization I will work for... the hiring manager reached out about a week ago to make the offer (was supposed to go through my agency instead to make offer) but shared her number and said if I have any questions feel free to contact her. In the last 7 days since, Ive completed the background check and got a start date. Should I reach out to the hiring manager or just wait until I begin work instead? Also will the organization reach out prior to start date or I strictly deal with hiring agency reps in between now and start date?
I'm not sure I'm qualified to answer. I would reach out to the hiring manager and ask if there is anything you can get ready before starting. Also to check what time you start, who to reach out to if you have questions, etc. As for the agency - I don't know what kind of contract you have with them or what kind of contract that company has with them - it all depends on the terms there, so it's hard to say what's the right approach here.
@madimetjamaponyane1760 I have a few videos that deep-dive into specific questions I mention. Check out my playlist: th-cam.com/play/PL8XKCml4Pak18BRLe6ntLizQinOi2hYVC.html Also, check this accompanying article for more links to other materials on my blog: scrummastered.com/blog/5-scrum-master-interview-questions-you-must-know/ But in the end I think that it's important for you to come up with your own answers, not just learn the answers by heart.
This is not "what is Scrum" video, so I'm not sure why you expected to find the answer here. Though I do have a video that is called :What is Scrum?" that explains it
I wish there was an easy way, but as with any professional transition, you need some time, effort, and a little bit of luck. I would say to start actively participating in Agile and Scrum communities, connect with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters directly to see if their organizations are hiring. And, of course, make your resume aligned with the role as much as possible based on your past experiences (even if they are not in Scrum, I'm sure you have some good transferable skills) and start applying.
I hope this video was helpful in your preparation for your upcoming interview.

Complete waste of time. Zero content. 5 minute video without a single insightful comment. What is scrum? JFC.

IM sorry, I feel like there is too much rhetoric here. Also the multi layered approach is long winded.
Multi-layered approach to the interview itself? Or you mean my answers?
I completed CSM courses but I don't have experience in scrum master so can I start my career as a scrum master now??
