Thanks Angelo for the video. Creat work. - I recently modified my strategies on mintos. - I excluded several companies, especially those that are very late in their payments. - I also excluded all loans from Poland, Albania, Romania because I noticed an increase in repayments. - Finally I turned off the possibility of extending the contracts. the interest rate range of my strategies (3 different) is between 8-20%.
Can you do an updated version of this video? It was a great help to me at first but now a lot of the loan originators have gone quiet! Would love to get your take on mintos in 2021 also!
Hello, thanks for the video, I didn't find the rating in the table in 4:58, i found "mintos risk score", did mintos change it ? and what is the difference ? thanks in advance

Long time coming on this one...thanks! I'll use one or two settings you've just shown. No diversification in terms of primary/secondary markets? I have 2 strategies for primary and one for secondary with 60+ ratings only.
Hello. Very clear explanation/video, bravo. Regarding the buyback option, your way is to remove manually all the loans without a buyback guarantee ... but isn't there an function in Custom to select only loans with buyback as an automatic rule across the board ?
Hi Angelo! Thank you so much for this video. I've updated my strategy with a few settings you have shown. Can't wait to watch the income video for September.
Great video, as allways. Just a question, in my strategy I tend to stay away from some loan type, for example agriculture loans. What is your experience in loan types? Do you see that there are some types that are more problematic?
Thank you Bruno! Don't agricultural loans have very low interest rates anyway? I didn't filter out loan types in my strategy, since 99% of the loans end up being personal loans, short-term loans or car loans anyway. But if you're talking across platforms (not just Mintos), then I consider business loans the most problematic in the current environment.
@@brun0maia I see, I think I never had my AI below 11% so far, which is probably why I haven't seen them in my account. I appreciate you sharing that experience though!
Thanks for video I will be glad too see more similar videos in feature, I was wondering do you exclude creditstar loans from your Mintos strategy since you are investing in lendermarket ?
You're very welcome Asen! Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate it. I actually don't, as they offer similar interest rates on both platforms most of the time (yet sometimes different loans/countries), but I do take into account how much I have in Creditstar in total (Mintos & Lendermarket), which is quite a bit in total (compared to other LOs).
Hello I know how to deposit the money to Mintos personal account. 1). The problem that in the next feeds of the account, I do not know how to direct the money to a specific strategy; Conservative, Diversified or Hight Yeald. 2). Can the money invested be moved from one strategy to another, can the investments be customized?
Hello. Me again. I wish to know once it is Custom setup as per your advice is it ok to leave it unattended ? or a little check/control is recommended you would say every month/3 months/6 months/year ... ? and what should we check then ? Thank you
Hi Angelo, I've followed your strategy reducing the term to 24 months; the first days some money were invested but after a week the funds invested in this strategy are only half of the portfolio size. Is that normal? Does it takes longer to this strategy to get the money invested? Thx
Hello , if in the auto invest if I choose my goal to be 5,500 euros does it mean that the I need to have that much money invested until 48 months or is that the target returns we fix until which we need to auto invest ..
Awesome video, thank you so much for the effort you put into it and into your channel as a whole! I'm about to start my journey into p2p investing, which platforms you feel most safety and confidence in the long run?
Thank you, I'm happy you get some value out of my content! :) All the platforms I'm still on. Mintos, Bondora (G&G), Viainvest, Lendermarket, Iuvo and Evoestate (EstateGuru is also a great alternative). I consider Crowdestor the riskiest one in my portfolio, as it's only dealing with business loans.
Hi Angelo, thank you very much for this video. I have learnt another new thing with % diversification on autoinvest. Good to know! Best of luck, Zdenek
Hey Angelo! Thanks for this new video. I got into P2P watching your inputs. It's always super interesting. I would have one question for you. I decided to have a limited number of plateforms: Mintos, Peerberry, Viainvest and Twino. I'm now reaching a volume of investment that make me think of adding a 5th plateform for diversification purpose. Knowing 1/ I only go on European plateforms 2/ I prioritize plateform on reliability 3/ I would like it to have an auto-invest feature and be manageabke via an app. What would be your suggestions? Thank you in advance and can't wait to watch your Sept update video. Cheers!
My pleasure Yohann, thank you for the nice words! I think you made pretty solid choices so far. If you're after diversification within the P2P space, maybe adding real-estate backed loans via EvoEstate or EstateGuru could be a good option! If you prefer similar loans to the ones from the platforms in your portfolio, then maybe Lendermarket could be a good option for example (unless you own a lot of Creditstar loans on Mintos already). Some of them also have cashback campaigns right now, you can find more details here: p2pinvesting.eu/the-best-p2p-lending-bonus-and-cashback-offers/ Hope this helps! Please don't forget that this is just my personal opinion and not investment advice :)
My pleasure! I think they should have formulated it more clearly, but for me it's too early to tell. I'll make up my mind once I see some completed recoveries and how much was deducted in costs.
Great video. You may also want to consider if you want to invest on loan originators that don't pay interest income on delayed payments. Mogo is one of those. You can check it on the page of the loan originator, on details.
Thanks Élio! True, thanks for mentioning that. Mogo has penalty fees in some cases at least and it's one of the largest/best LOs on Mintos in my opinion. So I'll keep them unless I become dissatisfied with their performance in the future.
Yeah better play it 'safe'. I love Poland as a country, but it seems like the LOs that are only active in Poland are statistically more likely to cause trouble so far.
Hi Angela I have been watching your video and I am also in Vienna . Flatex wouldn’t let me open account there , Is it that platform only for Austrian? Or because of I am outsider (Ausländer) . And I gave an interviews and my bank detail and everything and they said application was successful and they will send me my username and password through email, but it’s been a week and nothing happening . Then I tried to contact to them through phone number available on their website and it’s said number is not available ( ungültig ) , Hope this is not scam because I have my whole Imformation, 😂😂

Sadly once again that would screw with my diversification settings, so not at the moment as I want to keep it simple

Thank you Eric! Yes, there is a filter at the top, where you can select that you only want loans with buyback.

For me aswell..
