    Loved this episode. Obvious that she is equally as passionate about interiors as she is gardening, which is right up my alley. Beautiful!

    I’m only 13 mins in, and what I love about this episode, is that this young lady appears to have done everything herself for the most part. It’s truly her style and not looking like it’s out of a magazine. She truly enjoys each piece in her home and in her garden and loves finding the perfect piece for her home. Thank you for sharing your home and garden with us.

    Generally the Kiwi fruit vine is dioecious, so you will need a male and female plant, to get fruiting (and there's no telling whether that's a male or a female) Its also likely to prefer a warm climate to hold fruit.

    I moved from Tampa to Santa Clara a few months ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home there, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? Looks like NVDA, TSM and AMD and AVGO are strong buys this week.

      well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai, energy and big pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ, ASML, MLM and S&P 500 ETFs. I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I making a whooping $738k in Q4 last year

    As a recent transplant from southern California to Nashville, which has occasional snow, I’ve been told that terra cotta pots will crack. Do you cold weather folks move all of your pots inside for the winter?

    • @zachnovetsky2912
      @zachnovetsky2912 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We only move the citrus and pots by the greenhouse inside over winter. We also remove the lavender from the pots around the house and put it in ground around yard before it gets too cold, although the lavender in the large pots has overwintered in the pots outside for a few winters and thrives. Its Phenomenal, the cultivar.

    Wow, she really loves magnolia paint. A piano facing the room would make sense, as would a stool to use it. ' how do you fill a big giant wall' not that way love. The 'great'room is far from 'great'. Bland, empty, boring. Two fabulous pieces of furniture that are desperate to wow with a strong backdrop. The sofas look quite ridiculous, as do the chairs without a cushion or a throw. No art, no lamps, no plants - a theme she carried into her greenhouse lol. For a couple who claim to hunt auction sites every week they would have more success if they turned their device on. No idea what the garden was about either, mid summer and the rose garden is bare, did she purchase miniature roses by mistake? Veg garden seems to be planted with multiple varieties of the same thing, again, the plants are bare, like the greenhouse and the potting room. Bigger must be best philosophy, with no substance.
