You have to compress your body, see how the hips stack over the shoulders. If you your hips are not stacked with the shoulders you have to lean forward to compensate the weight of the legs, the less the compression the more you have to lean. Work hard on your pancake stretch and when you achieve it think about rising you butt forward, using the shoulders and upper back to stop your body leaning so you can compress your legs againts your body.
I got problems with the last exercise. How can I improve my back ? Because I can do a Tuck Planche press to handstand, but just few times, I can't improve it
