My partner and i were going to buy a narrowboat and join you on the waterways, but neither of us have a wish to spend retirement moaning about the weather, HS2 and the behaviour of other boaters. So we have scrapped the idea and bough a bungalow in Margate instead. By the way we have installed a small wind turbine on our roof and are happy with the electric it generates, along with the solar. Love you vlogs as they are genuinely entertaining

Oh dear. I had to stop at. 11.42. If i was driving my car down a freeway and came upon a car parked across all 3 lanes. I would not choose to simply ram it and try to push it out of my way. Maybe im missing something? Did you even try to moor and move it?
@@eddyvoidsoul6963 very different to a car! We are travelling at 2mph and both us and the boat are made of solid steel! Me pushing it with my foot and the boat nudging it doesn't even make a scratch
@@eddyvoidsoul6963 don't forget the boat is floating. It weighs about 15 tonnes but I could move the hole boat to the side by using my foot because the water just takes it.

I’d only had 1&1/2 pints of cider at the beginning,l thought my vision was going 😂(the horse had the other 1/2pint.That first stretch of canal had a whiff of the 1960’s about it’ keep going and hope your boat doesn’t dissolve,just a few fenders and the tiller arm left 😊Just as well there’s a pub nearby at the end .
