    Everyone wants to live a healthy, wholesome life in the world. The simplest and most natural method for this is yoga. Yoga is the art of living physically healthy, mentally calm and spiritually highly conscious. It is better to prevent the disease than to seek medical treatment. So yoga is a method that is helpful for a disease free life.
    संसारमा स्वस्थ्य, निरोगी, दीर्घजीवि रहनु सबैको चाहना हो । यसका लागि सबैभन्दा सरल र प्राकृतिक विधी हो, योग । शारीरिक रूपमा स्वस्थ, मानसिक तवरले शान्त र अध्यात्मिक रूपमा उच्च चेतनायुक्त भएर जिउने कलालाई योग भनिन्छ  । रोग लागेपछि औषधि-उपचार खोज्नु भन्दा रोग लाग्नै नदिनु राम्रो हो । अतः योग एक यस्तो पद्धती हो, जो रोगमुक्त जीवनको लागि सहायक हुन्छ ।
