      I always do cardio after because I want to bulk of my energy to be for weights but you can do it however you like

    You got a good 20 mins of burning carbs before you burn fat during cardio. So if i ate carbs i like to burn my max in 20 mins. That way those carbs wont be metabolize into fat. Then you can at a fast pace walk for at least an hour. I can burn up to 700 kcals in an hour and half to 2 hours. Now you can break up and do you max for 20 and walk fast the rest for the rest of the hour and do it again later that day. Till yoh do your 2 hours and bonus you can do another carb burn for 20 if you do it that way.

      I usually cut my meat on a little cutting board but these are pretty sturdy

    Wow, I’m going through the same thing from a damn dentist hitting a nerve. It’s called Trigeminal neuralgia the pain is a bitch! Please if you have any suggestions please share

      The pain has subsided it’s mostly pins and needles now. Definitely try the magnesium glycinate and alpha lipoic acid. Also! No citrus fruits or bananas

      Ok Ty, I’ll have to save up for that kind of expensive. I’ve never heard of the citrus deal but I will start watching out for that. Also, I’ve been following you since keto days and I’m really impressed with your journey you nailed it! I’m post menopause and it’s hard as hell to get the weight to move especially in the lower tummy areas. I have a muscular build similar to yours. so I’m kinda lost as to how to get the fat to drop any ideas? Keep up the good work you look great!👍🏽

      @@loraanderson6543 I order mine on Amazon I think for both magnesium and ala I paid $30 for both. The older we get the harder it gets and we can’t spot reduce fat unfortunately. Sometimes it’s our metabolism is slows down and becomes sluggish. Reverse diet and I also recommend a food sensitivity test. Check with insurance because some cover them

      Oh ok…Why did I think you were saying get the cbd oil for that. I’m taking a metabolism buster now. I also work out 3-4 x per week. I’ve been doing this for at least 6 months
