I am new to your work. I subscribed last evening. I loved the 40 min session that was posted 12 days ago. Would you suggest I use the new sessions you post or will it be ok for me to use the 40 min session daily? Thank you so much for being the light in my life.
Welcome to my channel, I'm glad to have you! All the vagus nerve meditations are somewhat similar, just different lengths, with different background sounds (music or nature sounds or voice only) since people have different preferences. So if you have time, do the long one each day, but if you are short of time, you can choose one of the shorter ones ❤

Wonderful meditation. The counting doesn't work for me, so I have to say something else instead. If I try to control the breath it immediately starts to feel tense. The rest of this lovely meditation does work though x

I totally understand that counting can sometimes feel tense, noticing how the body is naturally breathing is just as good, so it’s wonderful that you’ve found an alternative that works better for you. My sleep cycle was knocked out yesterday because of weird weather, air pressure & I used this meditation to bring some relief & balance!

Can you tell me what I cry as I do this relaxing. Tears just flow down my face. I'm not feeling anxious just a kinda sadness?
Research trauma release.
It’s normal to feel emotional during relaxation. Sometimes these moments help release unspoken feelings. I hope it brings you peace ❤️
