That is the most under rated machine (Turbo R) right now and you guys got 2 of them. Everybody is so focused on the pro R and now the maverick R I never saw this coming. 2 of the best picks in my opinion. Better in the Dunes, trails, and rock crawling over-all.
For real, too much people regret with Polaris for discontinuing Turbo S, but Turbo R is a better machine overall. To be honest the Turbo R surprised me because it's seat position, suspension, agressive looking, realible, room to increase the power
Just wish it had the bigger clutches and cooling of the Pro R. I've seen too many belt failures on that setup. Pro R seems to have substantially better belt life.
You guys need to get a bone stock x3 with smart shocks and do a video series on all those machines in a stock format at the dunes, trails, and rock climbing. Like a current generation SXS shootout.

I agree a yxz with a full avid utv 77 inch kit, then he could get the hi/low gearbox kit. Would’ve been awesome too see going from a rzr to a rzr is pretty boring.
They always change a arms, springs, and shocks on all their units, a long travel yxz has the suspension of an x3 or anything else, they dont leave the engines alone ever, could easily make a very driveable 200hp, and it will be in a short and light car. So it will run with the pro r no problem, then you add in the reliablity and fun factor of them being a 3 peddle or a ss, they are just neat, and it would be cool to see something different on the chanel, nothing against all of their cars, they are bad ass, but chanel is made off views, and varrity brings more eyeballs to the videos. Just my 2 cents, im not the one signing the check
The YXZ doesn’t have the frame, mounts, or running gear to support any of that long travel stuff without MAJOR modifications. It’s more work that it’s worth when you can go out and buy a Maverick R/Turbo R/Pro R that is pure beef from the factory

I was a Polaris man and switched to Can-Am ATV's before they ever released the very first Commanders. Got the first Commander X available and was hooked because of their reliability over the RZR and RZR-S. The RZR would kill the Commander hill climbing but I never had to replace bearings, brakes, bushings or anything. I wanted the Maverick R to be good but it's apparent it's still behind the new Polaris R's in performance, now to see if it's still best in reliability.
Others have a different opinion of the Maverick R. Including other channels that bought there own rig like desert side by side. I think something funky and isn’t right with their particular machine. I know any and all X3s need ride height adjustments from the factory. This rig might need the same. Plus the panel caps are pretty bad on their machine compared to others I’ve seen.

As a yxz owner, when i give ppl spirited rides, ones that have never been in a sxs are blown away. Then when i tell them its basically a horse & buggy vs todays machines they cannot comprehend it.
Even though the maverick still lawn darts most all the time, it looks like it takes them hits better. Some of those hits in an x3 look a bit more rough. You guys will get it dialed though

Honestly dude, if he's shutting everyone down then the product is either a complete niche for one type of riding or has a lot of problems that still need working out. I would probably lean towards the problem angle since it's a new company. It just remains to be seen if they will sell enough for them to continue developing the machines and iron out the problems. So far I'm not impressed with them simply because they are hard to get, as in I haven't seen them at any dealership, so without that support I would have to say that they aren't exactly ready for market yet.

from what ive seen for the maverick R. it seems that the back suspension bucks worst than an x3. an x3 bucks but not that bad. so I think a maverick R with some shock therapy would be a game changer. just seems the rebound is way to much for the maverick R. im no expert but thats just what it seems to me. im a can am guy, bit its seemimg to me that the front is fantastic the back needs work. i think its a great platform but that price should get you a fine tuned machine
i still think they are making these machines way too big. if can am would of put that tech in an x3 along with integrated gps much like ride command and used the 1630 ace sea doo motor they would sell a lot more machines that are worth buying. the maverick R is interesting bit its way to big and the suspension and trans/ motor needs tuned to be dialed in.

One thing I noticed… The razor’s jump like a textbook, the CanAm jumps like a cartoon… They definitely need to go back to the drawing board on the maverick’s suspension… The turbo R is definitely a nice nimble beast… never thought about the pro R being bigger… 🤔
Called it Doug was going get turbo r... to me I've owed them all more then once and always go back to Is polaris Ultimates to me there still best on the market right now. Even over the maverick r... I got pretty much brand new 2022 turbo r ultimate end last month. But I do like all the sxs.
something weird going on with their Maverick R. I have watched a lot of footage with other Maverick Rs and they are not having the same issue of it bottoming out and bucking in the back.

When you all were hitting that jump, the Maveric R always seemed to nose in while the others landed nice and flat.

I’d really like to see them do bikeman cams in mikes pro r, I know they are evo but would be nice to see a different power option for mikes car
