Pasta with seafood AND cheese is a complete no-no, and I never saw it - not there, or during my travels through the entire country. Le acciughe are not really considered seafood - they are a flavour enhancer, used in many European countries with pasta or potatoes - not cheese. I also lived in Spain 🇪🇸 for years, currently in Sevilla, and have never seen seafood mixed with cheese.

An Asian woman who calls pasta ‘noodles’ is going to teach us how to cook pasta in Italy?? You never mix seafood with cheese, for one thing.
Baked lobster, Tuna Melt, Filet-o-fish.
Smoked salmon and cream cheese, grilled cheese and sardine sandwich, cod casserole.
