I love the Jackson JS11! I have four of them. Great guitar for repainting; the black hardware looks good with any color.
Nice it is a really cool guitar especially for the price point I upgraded the is Js32q these guitars are great 🎸

I love these guitars, for the value you get with them. In fact, I just like these guitars. But I also like to tear em' up!! LOL I have made 2 "Jack-Casters" or "Strato-Jacks" with these guitars. My fave is a Squier Standard Body (Full Thickness) that I bought years ago. Red Black Fade. Threw the neck off my JS11 onto that body. PERFECT fit. Literally. The guitar looks mega cool, and is a rocker! Gorgeous and a sweet player too. Did a second one on a Squier Body, & did the Black & White EVH paint-job. Equally awesome! Then I took one of the JS11 bodies & threw a Squier neck on it. Warren DeMartini style. Also a pretty cool project.
Nice yea this is my first one but I really love it I am also looking at the js32 hard tail but I have pickups on the way for some comparisons and your right for the money people can learn about set up and mods and not worry about tearing them up since there so cheap Thanks for commenting 🎸
@@KWM1972 yeah get like a hundred and fifty dollar cheap squire affinity series stratocaster, and put about two hundred dollars in upgrades then you got a nice guitar I'm going to try to put a Floyd Rose on one I want a Olympic white one with a regular white pick guard and gold hardware, humbucker in the bridge and roasted maple neck and fretboard with fat strat 70s style headstock how much you think that would cost to build? If you can make me one I'll pay about five hundred dollars plus ill buy the parts for it, I've seen your work and it looks great to me.
I grabbed a Squire from a pawn shop because the color was so perfect and I had never seen it before. I planned on making the color myself. Instead of using it for parts it became my favorite thing to abuse. It is a ride or die piece of equipment that needs to be saluted. I like it better than any of my Gibson guitars.
Gems are everywhere. Our hands fingers are all different shapes sizes and textures. I watched my father play a whole Iron Butterfly synth solo on a corduroy lazyboy recliner a pickup accidentally fell into.
I have a JS24DKAM with caramelized maple neck and it's really good, neck feels awesome, and pickups are decent. The only thing I think i'll change is the nut to a graphite one, I think that's the only weak point because pickups aren't bad and it's more to a personal preference
For sure 🎸
Dang Kill Licks fella…always looking for something fresh and raw…great vibe and did I mention, I’ll watch anything Jackson 🥳
Nice i want to review up the jackson line and compare them . hopefully you will hang around for that 🎸
These guitars are really nice for the price! I just have to get over that funky headstock!
Ha yea very pointy
It's good but it really needs a few upgrades if you want it to be better put some Seymour Duncan or demarzio pickups in and if it stays in tune well don't change the tuners, but if ir don't you might have to, i noticed with some budget friendly guitar's they are hit or miss in the tuners.
Yes for sure but its not bad for the money i was really surprised
@@KWM1972yeah Jackson are really kick ass for what you get for a hundred and fifty dollars try a schecter demon four hundred dollars but super high quality has active pickups..
Have you noticed any tuning issues playing it as a hardtail?
No not at all it was very stable even in the studio it stayed in tune for a while 🎸
Just as I refuse to use pedals with plastic housings, regardless of maker, I do not buy guitars that come in cardboard boxes. This is just another strat copy, I build far better guitars from parts.
lol for 138 bucks it’s still good value for the money and for people just starting out on a budget, that’s important. have a good one man 🎸
😂😂😂🤣🤣
No one's forcing you to buy one. Relax
the worst budget guitar i've ever had. better get some ibanez gio, yamaha pacifica or even harley benton.
my experience with this guitar was quite the opposite especially for the price point. Have a good day 🎸
Lol, why?! I have several budget guitars myself and the Jackson JS12 was easily the BEST experience outta box I had! Plays great!!
