You know you are special when they are fans of you
Clapton's guitar solo in this performance, is like a gun pointed to the sheriff ! This man is a music mage.
Can't believe this was a decade ago. The music quality is still so banging clean!
I have never witnessed such a legendary performance...
I hope this sound and performance was recorded in the depth of the space...
I'm amazed the quality is so good live. Usually live recordings are grainy, but the sounds are pure here.
Pro set-up vs some guy with his phone. It is greatly appreciated.
Eric Clapton is a great guitarist. This song is incredible.
That guitar solo from boss clapton make my feelings go high in the good way
I played it on HQ speakers and the bass shook the building I live in, and it's a "volume-up" matter if the sheriff tries to stop or arrest me.
Greetings from Algiers.
The voice, the guitar tone. Just insane. Crazy old man
Call me crazy, but I’d rather listen to Clapton than the high gain shredding on guitar now a days.
Since when is a person crazy for preferring Clapton over… most of the things 😂 ?
Music is not just the notes, It's the feeling... that's what clapton does👍
Pedazo de tema!!! Esa intro y ni hablar del solo, espectacular tema. Que gran clásico.
Eric Clapton - Master of Arrangement
Eric Clapton is one of the best guitar players ever
Wrong bro...best of ever

@Chris Townsend: Way to go out on a limb, Chrissy! 🤦♀
This is true!
wow what a song and Clapton can make that guitar sing I like the ending were can really get into it with his guitar awesome 👍
We are so blessed to still have Eric Clapton with us to cheer on.
Agreed! Buddy Guy too! Just wish we could say the same for SRV, BB and many others. So much great music from that time
You mean Bob marley
@@salaheddine9251 nah he means Eric Clapton. Bob Marley isn't alive and his comment is directed towards Clapton because he IS alive. That's not in anyway saying we don't miss Bob Marley, his contributions, inspiration and influence to music and the world.
Fuck the sheriff
His tone is unbelievable. He’s manipulating everything via pick attack and his volume control mid note. He is the greatest.
One of😎
@@rudyrude7975 Exactly...
Agreed JM close behind
he could pass the torch whenever but he won't
although i'm wrong sometimes
Watching this video everyday for the past 5 years. Never ever will get old. It´s like a prayer.
Love Clapton or hate him, he IS a living legend. That bassist is on point though.
Who in the world hates him?
@@ronggrikmarak4357 Everyone that believes the narrative. Brian May and Robert Cray came out publicly and said they were no longer his friend for example. He had a very bad reaction to the shot and his talking about this fact has led to a campaign to make him look like a nutter.
I don't think anybody hate Eric
Welterusten voor straks Slaap lekker allemaal t'werk zit er wéér op ...oogjes dicht & snaveltje toe slaap lekker en gezond weer op ❤🙏😷😅👋
@@ronggrikmarak4357 Information surfaced that he said some very racist things about black people in the past, which is ironic considering he is a blues guitarist lol. But I don't love Clapton for his personality it's purely his music
Definitely a ICON. I would love to see him play at Red Rock in Colorado.
Ok I like to see him play under any rock
With Big Head Todd. I would fly in from Thailand
A privilege to hear this just once, let alone twice. Thank you Eric.
Watching from 🇵🇭. 1971/ 73, I' m DJ, technician in FM radio station here in our place. And Santana are my special favorite music I always played. But now, thanks to TH-cam because of complete recording.❤❤❤❤❤
This man has more soul in his pinky finger than 95% of modern artists! Phenomenal! Slow hand indeed
Yes, and, ironically, he doesn't use his pinky in his solos.
@@ArthurB most blues guitarists don’t! Always found it strange
Ya en su día fue todo un éxito de el gran Bod Marley ...y esta versión de Eric Clapton todo un temazo , no me caso de escucharlo es un placer para los oídos....
he fired Albert Lee, drunk he fired anyone ... Eric is Clap, tons of it , one of Basket Cases in WHITE........
You make reference to Slowhand - but do you know where it came from originally? Apparently in his early days if he broke a string he wouldn't start anything until he had changed the string - to which the audience would often give him the slow hand clap!
Whenever you see Clapton live? you just feel like watching a long jam session.
And every time again, he takes the meaning of keeping it casual to the next level :D
When you see a concert that's exactly it, no fancy lights, no drones, no smoke... Just a f@cking brilliant guitar player and a great band.
Neil Young is like that too.
Christa Mail never saw Neil Young live :-(
@@christaschaap3677 I love Neil Young. The real master of Unplugged
And this year if God allows me. I buy my guitar and start playing ... I always wanted to be a guitarist ... And I will be, in the fall of my life. It does not matter! Eric Clapton is one of us ... He's not lost! Even if they criticize me and make fun of me ... I will!

One of the best songs to come out of the 20th century
i Know a lot of people are gonna kill me for saying this , but this "cover" for me is much more beautiful than the original , is just my opinion , but the guitar , the drums the choir , the piano , the BAAAAAASSSSSS , they are freaking awesome , and Eric , he is just a legend ...
Nathan East plays pretty much the same line as Family Man? Maybe a little simplified. Not so reggae perhaps.
thank you Bob Marley and wailers for making music
in my opinion,,Eric, Jimi, Santana,,,are the best guitarist in the world
i agree bro, i like Clapton's take on the original, less ganja more rythm and flavour
Actually, Clapton like weed. Do not know now, but he had been busted for weed use in 68'. This music was released in 70's.
this guy is like a bottle of very expensive wine - the older the better 🍷
when we gonna drink it ?
TATA GAZ - to late lt had a groovy taste😊
If somebody could calificate comments, certainly you would be the winner. (Ihave some ideas for TH-cam XD)
